no code required... just click on the "go to deal" link

Well worth getting

These cards are great if you want to eat between 12-3pm Mon - Weds and eat off a limited set menu.

I had one for a year and couldn't get anything decent with it. Cold.

What? you must live in the middle of no where as i've had one of these cards for 2 years and its been great, loads of of places to use it. Hundreds if your in london, which I'm not.

@lastlaststar I live in central London, please show me a restaurant in central London that will allow me to use the card on a Saturday night and not eat off a set menu.

Do you have to become a paying member at the end of the trial?

Just got a 2 month free trial - oh well:)

Never once used mine which I had for a year. Lots of restaurants but wrong times/days.
Good job it was free lol
Great find though if you are dining out midweek.

I've had LOADS of these and keep getting them. Just use a different name (not like they are gonna ID you) and keep getting em whenever they are free

Nope. No card details are exchanged. The card has an expiry date on it and it will just be invalid

Got my 2 months too cheers

Cheers I will see how it goes.

Wow costs nearly £80 for the full year. Not worth that as you can probably get most of the offers somewhere else for free.

Yep, that's pretty reasonable... voting cold because the FREE card won't give you half price on your Saturday night steak dinner in central london.

I think it's really good, and you can't really go wrong for free.

They won't let me have another one but thanks anyway!

But what about sunday-thursday? Plenty of places on those days and no set menu... Not very good at this saving money malarky are ya?

I think this is great- you get to eat at some really nice places and have some good food for a reasonable price.

Wow that's a massive hike! It used to be £29, which meant it paid for itself within one outing (for me anyway, lol).

A word of warning in that case - if you buy a full membership, it automatically renews every year unless you tell them to cancel. I guess I'll be canceling at the end of my current subscription, especially as the GourmetSociety card is now cheaper and has nicer restaurants on it!

I think it was 29 on offer, now it's 39 on offer. Probably worth it, but you can't beat free!

I've had these a couple of times and never got around to using them.

All down to where you live. Waste of time for me personally

Used mine about 10 times in last year including quite a few tables of 8 of us all getting half price on weekends. Depends where you are as to how good the choice is. Have a search and decide for yourself.

The app is also very handy for finding somewhere when you're out and about.

Cant wait to recieve it especially as it is free
costs around £80!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for a year

Thanks for this, much appreciated. Can use it loads of places, at various times X)

Why are people moaning its free?!?

I think this card is useless. Most of the restaurants on their list already have vouchers available for similar deals. Some restaurants charge heavily on non-discounted items (an Indian restaurant in Staines charges us £3.80 per diet coke) or provide lower level service.

Been looking for their free trail for a while, thanks OP

Blimey, lots of moaners here. Its not that bad. First see if there are any places you'd go to near you:-

Most have restrictions Friday and/or Saturday but why not try midweek?

Most restaurants only offer 2for1 but keep your eye out for 4for2 which are best value.

wow that was easy, hot

I got one free from a fellow hotukdealer who had some contacts. I use mine in Aberdeen and Glasgow and they are great. Only thing is you cannot use them at the weekend but that is understandable. The big chains use theme here such as ASK,Pizza Express, Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia, and La Tasca. Most offer 2 for 1 over ALL courses. A few offer 50% off.

Nice one. Just as my 6 month free one expires......:)

Just use a different address.

I have used it 3 times and saved over the £80 yearly fee so would pay for itself.... but to have it gratis maked me smile more!!!!
