​Typical British Gas - if you are a new customer how can they say " Welcome to your latest reward from British Gas."?

Mind you, took them to the ombudsman last year and eventually got £100s of compensation (oops, "goodwill gesture") out of them.

Not just for new customers - I got sent this and have been a customer for a couple of years.

This has got to be random, both myself and my mum moved to BG at the same time, mine says offer used (as above) my mum just got the email saying to click for the code!! Without mum knowing it, I have just ordered my canvas
My mum doesn't use a computer so I have control of her email!

I have been with them for many years now and now seriously questioning why ! Their reward program sucks - atleast earlier they had some nectar points accruing for loyalty and submitting meter reading etc.

Heat for the deal but got a message saying all the free canvases have been claimed

No I'm a British gas customer and used my own email address. Still said I'd already used it.

These offers are related to to your nectar card being linked to your account, rather than points, every so often they send you rewards to claim a gift, a bottle of wine, a canvas, a box of chocolates, a free pizza kids meal, were all offers last year

It doesn't matter which email address you use, the important bit is the link. In fact, you don't even have to enter an email address (read what it says). Has anyone successfully used the link on this thread? If you click on "GET DEAL" above you should see that the url contains a customer-specific id number.

Freebie canvasses have all gone.

I just managed to order one- I only just got the email this morning.

That doesn't seem to be the case for me - I don't have a nectar card but I've had, and used, this offer (and another photobox offer in the past too)
