This deal is back again. Order an item for click and collect and receive a free £5 voucher to spend in store on every order qualifying under the terms below. I ordered some shoes to collect today and used the voucher to buy a set of cups reduced from £20 with 70% off and used my voucher and got them for just £1! If your order is over £50 use code DZ92 for 10% off too.

1. Customers who place an online order using the Click & Collect service point (a ‘Qualifying Order’) between Monday 10 April 2017 and Tuesday 27 June 2017 (inclusive) will qualify for a £5 promotional ‘Click & Collect Thank You’ voucher to use in Debenhams stores in the UK only (the ‘Voucher’).
2. When a customer collects their Click & Collect parcel for their qualifying order they will receive the Voucher.
3. The Voucher will be issued on orders collected between Tuesday 11 April 2017 and Wednesday 28 June 2017 (inclusive). The Voucher can be redeemed between Tuesday 11 April 2017 and Wednesday 12 July 2017 (inclusive). The Voucher is subject to availability whilst stocks last.
4. The Voucher can only be redeemed on purchases made in Debenhams’ stores and cannot be redeemed through the Debenhams in store kiosks, online at www.debenhams.com, www.debenhamsflowers.com, www.debenhamscurtains.com, www.debenhamstailoredshirts.com, www.debenhamshampers.com, www.debenhamspersonalisedgifts.comwww.debenhamswine.com, www.debenhams.ie, www.debenhamsplus.ie, www.debenhams.int, www.debenhams.de or through any of the Debenhams apps, or for telephone orders.
5. The Voucher cannot be redeemed for food services, including in The Restaurant at Debenhams, The Café at Debenhams, Costa or in restaurants and cafés within a Debenhams store.
6. The Voucher cannot be redeemed with concessions trading within Debenhams.
7. A maximum of one Voucher may be issued per customer per day. For the avoidance of doubt, two or more Qualifying Orders made by the same customer in the same day will only result in one Voucher being issued.
8. The Voucher cannot be used when redeeming a reward voucher, account voucher or any other promotional voucher.
9. Purchases and top ups of vouchers, gift vouchers and e-cards will not qualify for a Voucher.
10. If items from the Qualifying Order are subsequently returned, Debenhams reserves the right to request the Voucher given for this Qualifying Order be returned or reduce the value of the refund by £5.
11. Staff are not permitted to earn or redeem a Voucher. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with a staff discount card.
12. Only one Voucher may be redeemed per transaction. The Voucher must be handed in on redemption.
13. No change will be given for use of the Voucher on purchases under £5.
14. The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers, used as a deposit on a credit agreement, used to settle a Debenhams Account Card or to purchase financial or travel services (including gift cards).
15. Debenhams is unable to replace the Voucher if it is lost, damaged or stolen.
16. The Voucher remains the property of Debenhams. Debenhams reserves the right to reject any Voucher that it deems in its sole discretion is illegible or incomplete or has been forged, defaced or otherwise tampered with. Photocopies or other reproductions of the Voucher will not be valid.

is there a minimum spend to get the voucher?
Horrible click and collect service, no wonder they try to entice customers by promising a voucher. I rather spend my hard earned cash elsewhere

Really? Never had any issues before. Collected 2 Easter eggs today from Oxford Street which l ordered yesterday.
Doesn't state minimum spend anywhere?
I noticed it says no concessions - does that mean you can't use it on e.g dior make up or a jacket from warehouse within a Debenhams store?

Your opinion that you work hard for your money
Ah love these! Spent it as soon as I got voucher!
Can this be used when collecting travel money in store bought online from Debenhams?
Yesterday I bought 5 dresses in the sale, was about £90 odd and it wouldn't let me select the free click and collect as 'some or all my items were not able to be used in conjunction with the free £5 offer'. The dresses were in the sale so i think you can't use it with sale items

It's not in the parcel, they just hand it over if you are entitled to one.

In theory it should be 20 GBP as the minimum spend, but the folks at C&C in store don't know about it - so don't enforce it and just hand out the voucher when you collect the order. I suppose you can refuse to take the voucher if your spend is less than 20

There is no debenhams in the cuty where i live but have Debenhams credit card so the delivery is free. Not bothered for that £5 voucher as it would cost me £5 to get to a town where debenhams is

Not on warehouse/ DP items, however Dior and most beauty concessions, their stock is owned by Debenhams so there shouldn't be an issue

Like that? The moustache is actually taken from a photo of Adolf Hitler. I think it suits her rather well.

They were supposed to give you a £5 voucher (size of a credit card) to you when you go and collect your goods. If you didn't get on, you should go back and complain.
There's a minimum £30 spend though.

Do you do a lot of thinking by numbers, a blind person would know that.

I live in a city

U live in a cuty

Obvious really...

You have to actively ask the store assistant for the gift card. I can't post link... £5 offer came up when I had items worth £30 in bag and went to checkout.

I'm confused what a Morrisons receipt has to do with this thread? Have I missed something?

If you look at the T's&C's it doesn't actually say anything about a minimum spend. I have bought a few £1 face cloths and received the gift card a few times now. I've put a bit of info on this on my blog . Gutted the OP beat me to posting this though, I knew I had sat on it for too long without posting it. Great deal share and heat added.
