Do they have pushy sales people trying to sell you a years membership after the trial?

Thanks

Probably - just say no. Shouldn't this be in Freebies? Heat added btw...

How can this be cold? It's free for goodness sake.
You can say no to the sales people. Not difficult!

they also cant hassle you if you dont give them your real name and number!!!

i hate Fitness First - so voted cold from me!!

I was a member when i joined, they didn't tell me, you have to pay £40 for someone to show you around and use brand new equipment (can i point out i have been going to gym's for years so its not like i asked them to show me how to press start on the treadmill)

So i paid the £40 and had my session, to which the instructor said 'oh i don't like using the new kit and don't know much about it' - waste of money i complained to which they put with a new instructor for free who was a bit of an idiot and spent more time starring at his muscles than giving any advise!!

the staff never said hello or acknowledged you when you arrived at the club - it's such a chore to swipe your card (i thought this is what they are paid to do)

to book the classes you have to arrive 30mins before the class starts - if you don;t there is a slim chance to get in!! again this seems like a waste of time!!

i hated everything about my experience!!

This is a sales ploy to get you in - they will be hard core selling you. Probably even trying to get you to joing before you have even tried!!

Are the classes like yoga, pilates, aerobics and zumba etc... included in the free trial?

Thanks
