No, our council don't supply these either.
Ordered 1 and heat added
Thanks
Free in Wales too.
My council gave me two. I use the other to keep my fishing bait in. Keeps the wife happy and my bait dry and smells in. Try getting these in a fishing tackle shop they would be twice the price.
Heat added.

yep, we get 3 bins, large for household waste, medium for food waste and the small one for the kitchen for food waste that later goes in the medium bin to put outside.
I'm surprised at all the councils not fully recycling, we have 3 wheelie bins, Green (for garden and kitchen waste), Red (for plastic bottles, cardboard, magazines, glass, tins, paper, batteries etc) and Black (for everything else).

However we dont get deals on composters and caddys like this.
Durham County Council are charging £5.25 for the caddy - no surprise there.

And what is wrong with Wales? We might all live in caves and our best friends are flocks of sheep but we get by just fine.

Come visit my cave, you'd be pleasantly surprised. I've got a proper coal fire and a damn good life overall.

Not bad, we have 4 bins(!) now: Brown for garden and leftovers, Green for cans and plastics, Black for paper & cardboard and Blue for landfill. Though they still don't do glass under health and safety grounds apparently, even though they would collect if placed in the landfill bin!
out of stock now =(
anybody got theirs yet?
No not yet.
