Ping Pong Appold Street is a stones throw from Liverpool street station and is easily accessible from the city. A Ping Pong restaurant is a modern take on a very ancient Chinese tradition: Hundreds of years ago, merchants on the silk Road would stop at tea houses en route to rest their weary feet, relax and drink tea with their fellow travellers and share dim sum-baskets: savoury little parcels either steamed, baked or fried to set them up for the day. They’ve kept all of that tradition but to cater to our modern lifestyles have added some fabulous cocktails to their menu too.

Dim sum is served quickly and is easy to eat so it’s perfect for a lunch time light bite or to line the stomach before a night out with friends, rest assured though it’s definitely not fast food, everything on the menu is cooked fresh, daily by specialist dim sum chefs and no machinery could replicate their extraordinary skill. Steam is the key element at the very heart of the Ping Pong business, the chief means by which dim sum is prepared making it extremely healthy in the main as well.

The venues are extremely contemporary in design yet are still respectful of the traditions of dim sum cuisine. Combining a sense of relaxed order with warmth and comfort, the restaurants possess their own distinctive atmosphere yet at the same time define the ideal of the modern dim sum restaurant everywhere.

This offer is the perfect excuse to get together with a group of friends or colleagues and is available to download now but you can keep your voucher and use it at any point over the next month.
