Free AA Road Atlas in Saturday's (07/09/2014) Daily Mail (£1.20 Paper cost)

The Daily Mail are giving away a UK Road atlas with Saturday's (07/09/2014) paper.

Before you waste £1.20 on a Daily Fail, expecting to get a decent road atlas, bear in mind that this one's pretty much worthless. It's a special 36 page, thin paper job to a scale of 12.5 miles to the inch - almost the distance from Birmingham to Coventry in one inch of mapping. Useless!

Is it inside paper or collect coupons ?

Sloth/Mod

Worth noting that if you have a MyWaitrose card and spend £5 instore then you get the paper free (and a coffee) as well. Handy if you need to get a few bits and bobs

seems to be free inside

The Mail Saturday telly mag is good. It's normally the only reason I pick up my free copy at Waitrose, now I have another reason.

As always with these 'free road atlas' offers, this is pretty much worthless. It's a 36 page, specially (meaning cheaply) produced, thin paper effort worth about 10p, if that.

It's to a scale of 12.5 miles to the inch. So that's roughly the distance from central London out to the M25 in one inch of mapping.

Great if you happen to be in a helicopter - not much good for anything else, though!
