Free drinks! Find a great local pub to celebrate that extra day in the year. A day when women take the lead on proposing marriage. Forget that; we propose a free drink whether you’re married, single or hopeful. We are celebrating the fact that the local pub is where many folk got it together, married or not.

With 70,000 drinks to be given away, get down to your local pub quickly. There’s a great range to choose from, lagers to ciders. Non-alcoholic, low-alcohol and soft drinks too. Plus some classics like Gordons Gin, Pink Gin and Guinness.

The full list of drinks on offer are Corona Extra, Stella Artois, Budweiser, Britvic J2O, Pepsi Max, Guinness. Also Hop House 13, Gordons Dry London, Gordons Pink Gin, Heineken, Kronenbourg 1664, Amstel. Plus Fosters, Bulmers Strongbow, Strongbow Dark Fruit, John Smiths Extra Smooth, Heineken 0.0%. And Coors Light, Carling, Rekorderlig Straw & Lime (Alc. Free), Rekorderlig, Sharp’s Doom Bar, Old Mout (Alc. Free).

Make time for extra time between Monday 24th February and Saturday 14th March 2020. Remember, the actual big leap year day is Saturday 29th Feb if you’re planning something special?

This is from Great British Pubs and not drinkaware, they're link is on the page because it's for alcohol but don't let facts get in the way of a pedantic rant!

Most of the pubs listed near me are the ones which need the business
Thanks very surprised but excited this is back already, less than a month since it ended. It's usually on twice a year.

I plan my days around it! Become obsessed! I don't always keep my biscuits with me if you catch my drift!

To be fair the tag line at the top of the page details: Free Alcoholic Drink at your local pub via app
No local pubs in Scotland at all but thanks anyway

Still don't understand how you get the free pint. I signed up via website and validated the email sent to me.

No voucher received or any indication of where to get this on the web site?

Most of the pubs listed are in the middle of nowhere.

You sign up, give your DOB, name and e-mail address. Then you type in your postcode or location. You choose your pub. Choose your drink. Tap on voucher on the screen which you need to show the bar-keep. Enjoy your drink!

Not sure but maybe the title has been changed, I don't recall it mentioning the app but I might be wrong

Sorry all! Posted this quickly when I saw this morning and have just finished work. (Hadn’t been claiming the drinks I promise!) I think a moderator amended it quite a lot as I missed a lot of detail. Will try and change it.
There is no app. Never has been. This offer has run for years. It's just done on website which works on any mobile phone browser.

It IS very confusing and nonsensical how it states "app". There isn't an app.

Surely they shouldn't be advertising drinks for alcoholics. The NHS can't cope as it is.

Nahh mate if you look up a couple of comments you will see the op apologies for not posting enough info and says mods must have updated the vital app info, I didn't "jump down his throat" I give him a sharp reply because he was having a go at op saying it was a "ridiculous post" That kind of comment won't encourage people to post deals! The deal info just needed tidying up it wasn't ridiculous..
It really is very easy. Click on "GET DEAL" and then follow the very simple instructions. Done it loads of times with no problems whatsoever.

Lived at current address for almost 20 years and there is only one pub I’ve never been tempted to go in, in all that time. No prizes for guessing which pub is doing the offer near me 😩.... still, good find and heat added - not your fault I’m fussy🤪
Edited by: "Wonky100" 25th Feb
Tried to use this in a local pub Listed as participating, apparently they haven’t signed up to join in or heard about it so it seems the pubs included listed isn’t the most accurate
Did anyone get this to work? Pubs I've been too have no clue!
Great offer but the nearest pub to me is about 18 miles away from me

Lol yeah likewise, the one listed for me is like something out of the zombie apocalypse!

Nice find for a lot of people though no doubt.

Do I need to click the drink choice now or when I get to the pub.
Miles away and not the kind of pubs
Make sure you ask the pub about this first before you get the pint! Last time this was on, my local had never heard of this promo. They're lovely so let me have it free as I go quite often anyway but just be aware.
