link above now

Ooh in intrigued. It doesn't really say much about the Alton towers ticket tho :s on that link - surely it's when a full adult pays full price?

it says at the bottom of the email that one ticket per meal however it says F&B kids so presumably kids meal but I could be wrong and applies to all meals.

'When atleast two main courses are ordered from the Main menu'.
So no not from kids menu.
Still good if you going to eat there. But 2for1 will be flying around soon I hope.

No that's for the 20% discount on the bill. At the very bottom it states for each meal receive a ticket.

Is this for a free adult ticket or for a free child's ticket?

Not quite.

It's a free ticket for a child under 11 years WITH a full paying adult.

It's a free ticket for a child under 11 years old but the adult must buy a ticket from the ticket office which are about 50% more expensive than buying online, either way, you end up paying MORE to go to Alton Towers with this deal.

They use this scheme to "advertise" as people feel obliged to go when they receive a "free" ticket but if you plan online, you can go for much cheaper. Saying that, if you keep an eye on the Sun tickets on eBay, you can snap your self a deal from anywhere between £1 - £20 for two tickets. I went last year for 50p as somebody listed their Sun tickets 3 days before you had to go.

There are already 'adults go free with a paying child' vouchers knocking around now. Fruit Winders I think I've seen it on. Can't believe that anyone ever pays full price at Towers nowadays!

boxes of cereal have the same offer, know which I would prefer to use.

Don't forget old faithful Clubcard Vouchers
£12.50 = 1 admission (£13 from 14 April 2015)

Same here, and it doesn't have to be with a child. Me and the missus used it bogof with a full paying adult.

Can this work with tesco vouchers?

Kids meals are 4.95, was in there on the weekend, saw the deal was over the Easter break but didn't realise it started Saturday as I didn't get a voucher?

This is how Merlin attractions operate. 2 for 1 and adults go free vouchers appear on nearly every product you see during the season and the catch is always that the other ticket has to be the over inflated gate price and you can't use it with any other offer. It's not a deal, it's a marketing trick to make you think you've somehow saved a fortune. With this one you have to buy a F&B kids meal. Give it a few weeks and you'll only have to buy a bag of crisps or a box of coco pops and you'll get one! Or a newspaper or it'll just be printed on a supermarket reciept or on the back of a parking ticket.

is it possible to combine 2 deals, as in grab a free ticket for kids from f&b and then bogof from the Kelloggs cereal box.

Should be renamed to be more clear its just buy one Adult ticket get one child ticket free

If you get the f&b app. You can get free kids meals anytime, as long as an adult buys off the main menu

Cheaper to buy a box of cereal and cut the 2 for 1 off that

Ice cold !!

2 Adults and 2 Children with this deal will cost £100.80 +£6 parking ( with 2 vouchers)

sorry, cold because it's not really a very good deal
