I was reading techradar website and came across this post. Not sure if it is worth it, so I thought I'll just post it on here if anyone will benefits from it.

Virgin Media is giving you one final helping hand to tick off one of those already-neglected New Year's resolutions before the clock strikes midnight on Wednesday January 31. In fact, if you vowed to sort out your broadband and TV package at the start of 2018, then you can do the double...

For the remaining few days of the month, Virgin Media will throw in an Amazon Echo device with its following broadband and TV deals:

- Player Bundle with 50Mb broadband and 70+ TV channels
- Mix Bundle with 100Mb broadband and 150+ TV channels
- Full House Bundle with 100Mb broadband and 230+ TV channels (inc. BT Sport)
- VIP Bundle with 300Mb broadband and 260+ TV channels (inc. Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and BT Sport)

Grab the cheapest Virgin Player Bundle for £33 per month and the broadband plan will include a free Amazon Echo Dot (worth £49.99), while the other three options - starting at £45 per month for Mix - come with a full blown Amazon Echo smart home assistant and speaker (worth £89.99). And if you're not that bothered about the Echo, you can choose bill credit to the equivalent value instead.

The prices are up as always, the echo is paid no worries
Don't fall for the same trap as others, call Virgin Media (and record the call) to confirm utilisation status (how crowded the network is in your area).

Basically if all the neighbours in your neighbourhood you'll have supernatural broadband from Virgin Media, however if everyone is home you'll be lucky if you can stream music from your new echo.
voted hot, as virgin packages are reasonable prices now compared to others, but I took a deal put with free Netflix 3 months ago and still waiting for the code, kind of thinking it's not going to happen......
Just a quick one, It's for NEW CUSTOMERS only. I'm currently trying to get a similar deal having used VM for many many years. Once again, they don't generally care about their current customers, just stealing customers from Sky or BT.
Better off with the £90 discount tbh
does this stack with the Quidco cashback?
