It says that it has already been applied to my account - I don't actually …It says that it has already been applied to my account - I don't actually remember ever doing this.
I've checked my account and I have £4.49 on there for videos. When I selected a film and went to pay, it said that any money left in credit would automatically be used to pay for/towards the film, however, when I go on to click 'rent' it is trying to take all of the payment from one of my debit cards on Amazon, instead of using the £4.49 credit. Only if you buy the DVD as well. I have several movie purchases on Amazon and have never received a DVD.
Never rented. Have bought a fair few films though. Will try with my other account but don’t have much hope
