No amount of software will ever in a million years turn your phone into a professional DSLR, not least because of the actual definition of DSLR.
Aside from that, the most important feature of a camera is the actual lens and let's face it, a phone doesn't exactly come equipped with the best of lenses.
Finally, the most important feature behind a photograph is the photographer. All the best software and equipment in the world will not magically turn you into David Bailey.
David Bailey? Who's he?

That's a lie. I did a very short stint in photography with a very expensive camera setup. The shots looked incredibly good for someone who has tiny experience

Yours too. [Video]

I'd completely forgotten that advert - cheers.
It cracks me up when you get peeps that think they are a pro photographer, tech does it all for you these days and everyone can take amazing pictures with a small bit of effort and are able to use a computer.

How on earth does tech spot the moment, see the potential, frame the shot etc?
I have a Black & Decker Workmate but I can't make a picture frame.
Technology may be useful for retouching and post-production, particularly when shooting in RAW, but it will never "take" an award winning shot.

Apologies - what sort of camera do you use? I wasn't aware that there was a model which could perform such marvels as spotting the moment or framing the subject correctly.
None of mine can do any of the things mentioned in my previous post without human input.
