That's okay, I totally understand running out of something clearly so popular. What I don't think is reasonable is taking details (because they're valuable) under the pretence of giving away something free without the ability to fulfill it.

Click on 'Find my Shade' and it will take you to choosing a colour, then it will let you claim the sample, if your colour is still available.
