FREE benefit Hoola kit worth £14.50 from Boots with a purchase

Just received this by email. Good to keep in for a present if you didn't want it yourself.

Email is saying I've been a previous customer of the bronzer, but I've just claimed an 02 priority sample, so if you claimed a sample, check your emails

I've put £5, as I think this is the lowest price ( the minis), and it does state ' any benefit purchase'

It's says I've been a customer of the bronzing powder, but I've never actually bought it, I just got a sample one time from 02 priority

I'm guessing this is only any good if they send you the email then, I haven't got one, and it's not available online nice if you can get it though .

Email states ' show your email instore', but you could try an online order and see if it's gets added to basket?

I've not got one yet I always buy benefit make up with boots.

I think this is email invite only - it maybe worth putting that in the title. Thanks for the heads up though

Ye. I think it's to do with the 02 priority , as that's the only time I got the bronzer. Sometimes emails drop in gradually too. Plus, worth checking your spam

Nothing yet what's the title of the email?

It's an email I received this morning, I've shown the first bit of the email in the op, and the rest of it in first comment. The only bit I haven't shown is my name. That was on the bit inbetween I had previously had a free sample of the benefit bronzer, and the email mentions that I have used the bronzer, they must've taken my details when I got the sample? Am guessing though... The email says that I can buy one benefit item in Boots, and get the kit free ( the Hoola one pictured) It does say ' show the email, but there's no code or anything on there.

ok thanks

This is a big con. I got the email which states that you just need to show the email and you can buy any product and get this for free. The store said you need to buy two full size products which contradicts the email.

Seriously, I'd ask for a manager. That is totally wrong. Boots will have arranged this promotion together with Benefit, at their highest levels, and it shouldn't be sent wrong by some sales assistant.

I rang customer services and they said promotions sent by email are sometimes different in store which makes no sense as it doesn't say anything about that in the email.

No idea why they'd say it could be different instore? I mean, what would be the point otherwise? The email says ' show this email INSTORE' . Honestly, you'd have been better speaking to a manager instore than ringing customer service. sounds like you've been unlucky there, with s/a who's dragon like, then c/s person who couldn't be bothered to read their own email.

Picked mine up on Saturday, with a £5 mini. Set is really good, 3 decent sized products in :
Hoola bronzing powder
Liquid face bronzer
All over body bronzer
Blending pad
