Get the BT Sport app and online player2784749.jpgIf you have BT Broadband and BT Mobile, you can get the BT Sport Pack on the app or to stream online FREE for 12 months, then £7/mth. Or if you're interested in BT TV, you can get the BT Sport Pack FREE for 12 months, then just £3.50/mth. Find out more.

So anyone who signed up to the great mse BT Fibre deal last week and now recontract with free BT Sport for the year you might recontract your broadband but as you've only just started it will only add on a couple of extra days! Be careful if your tcb hasn't tracked yet but i added BT Sport later to my deal last year and it didn't affect cashback!

I'm sure its not for new customers signing up but if someone can let me know.

Update: It is for new customers as well but there is no mastercard deal at the moment so not a good deal but for existing customers its a cracking deal!

Would rather have had the lower monthly price for line & fibre with the free £100 mastercard they ended last night.

Yes i understand but it looks like for exsisting customers too! So anyone who got the deal a few weeks ago and is now live can add this. I added just the broadband and then added sport later free for six months at the time. Then again later. So its a good deal unless i'm wrong bit with BT they're deals are so complicated

Can you get BT sport if you're not a BT customer? We're with a different provider and my son is desperate to watch the Champions League.

You can get it on sky but you don't say what provider? Also i think the special deal is only for bt broadband or if you sign up for BT broadband

Does this extend your bt broadband contract?

You can get it through a sky+ hd box but still have to go through BT not Sky to get it. There was a decent deal of £9.99 a month ages ago which inc hd but think its ended now. might be worth a go tho

Anyone here got experience of the BT Sport app as I'm considering a £2.50 pm offer from Plusnet ?

Only showing 3 months free for me? (Existing customer)

If I didn't have to recontract I'd go for it. Not keen to add an extra 4 months.

Does this only work with broadband, or could I get a sim only deal and get BT Sport for free?

Hahaha!

Has anyone who signed up for MSE fibre deal managed to blag this?

Got the previous deal from BT activated yesterday. Approx £29pm, but £16.50pm after paying the line rental up front (equivalent of 1 month off). BT: Starter + Unlimited Infinity 1 + Weekend Calls + BT Sport. All set up within a fortnight of ordering. Claimed my £150 mastercard back this morning.
Will now just have to wait and see how the quality and service is.
Think the Sport was £3.50pm on that deal so this is a little better.

id not pay for the starter tv either if you have the BT box i've seen them give tv starter and the sport to free if your a customer.. i will find out on 20th if they will do it again this year.

yeah the app is good and you can chromecast! Technically its not HD but it says HD and looks and feels HD so for me i done a deal last year with cashback and card of £150 plus i sold my router for £40 as well making an effective cost of about £10 a month. Then added 6 months free BT sport and when they started charging done another free six months but this did add six months to the main contract as well to make it 18 months but they held the price rise.

All in all i am happy the the service and don't mind if they give me a good deal but understand if you leave and come back again you get TCB plus card that you don't get when you renew! I'll drive a hard bargain when the next price rise or when my renewal comes back. BT Sport was free for six months then £5 a month making it £2.50 for me but as i done 18 months cause renewd half way through it was 18 months with free for 12 months making it £1.66 a month. So definitely worth it. Minded not to leave as its a pain but might just move between sky and BT to bag the cards etc...

Tried this a few days ago after taking up the MSE offer, no dice. Best deal i could get was £10 a month for entertainment pack with BT sports included and 6 months free HD pack, this deal requires you taking out a BT sim deal, no mention of any min amount? Might suit some people if they where thinking of a sim deal.

Must be selected accounts only as showing same for me, as someone said BT deals are getting more and more complicated, also no mention of BT mobile required on the link.

For anyone who is with Plusnet for broadband they also offer BT Sport on Sky (SD £9.99 / HD £12.49). Signed up a couple of weeks ago, simply asked if they have had any deals on and was offered 50% off for 6 months on a 30 day rolling contract.

Woah great deal just got bt sport in sd for 12 months shows on my offer page. I phoned up and did it to check the small print. I signed up for the mse deal for fibre and phone and activated on the 1st of this month. Basically It does extend my contract by approx 9 days. He said the mse fibre deal price stays the same i get my £150 prepaid mastercard which I've already applied for then pay for approx 9 days at standard rate fibre which is currently £49.99 a month so roughly a third of this to pay plus the line rent for the days I reckon about £25 for the 12 months of bt sport, happy days. Just hoping sky has another october deal like last year with massive cashback for customers who have just left so I can sky sports for next to nothing as well, maybe pushing it a bit! Thanks again.

Thanks for choosing BT
