Yes, you did read this right, there really will be Camels in Spinningfields this Wednesday lunchtime. On 28th October from 11.30am-2pm, easyJet will be offering you free camel rides to promote their new direct flight from Manchester to Marrakech.

The rides will take place in Hardman Square, Spinningfields, Manchester and will be offered on a first-come, first served basis, so come down with your friends or bring the family for an unusual half-term treat.

Paul Simmons, UK General Manager at easyJet said: Were thrilled to be launching this new route from Manchester and what better way to celebrate than with one of Moroccos most popular tourist activities."

The new route will provide a three times weekly service to Marrakech from Manchester International Airport starting from as little as £34.99 (one-way, including taxes).

If the camels were unhappy they would spit on and kick you. I've never been spat or kicked by a camel so they mustn't mind me

"In this episode, Phil revisits Rebecca and Joe from Warwickshire, and Steve and Dee from Essex.

In Warwickshire, Phil's back to catch up with Rebecca and Joe Fossett, who gave him and Kirstie a unique challenge back in 2005. They needed more space to accommodate Joe's grand passion - camels!"
