excellent. just cancel the dd after you have the camelbak. good work op.

Appears to be a great deal, can't get these for much less than £30.

I have no interest in running but the bladder would be great for bike rides... When / how do you recieve the bladder?

don't think you can cancel the dd without getting a black mark on your credit rating as gift is conditional on 6 month subscription.

Great deal. Tried to get TCB as they had a £4.20 cashback offer with Hearstmagazines but I couldn't find this offer when I then clicked through to page. Regardless, great offer and I've just gone ahead and signed up as the mags will help with Marathon training as much as the Camebak i'm sure thanks OP

In that case, I'm out!

Didn't see the 12 month thing but for less than £2 a month on the understanding it remains at £17 for 6 months I'm happy with that given the gift and training tips.

of course you can, you pay 17 pounds for 6 months receive your gift and cancel it at any point in those 6 months before it renews. am I missing something??

no. you need to pay another 17 for the last six month's.

it does say that for the second 6 month's it is the same low payment of 17. bizarrely though it says you can opt to pay a one off payment of 37 for 12 months instead.

Whilst stock last!

Get the knock off version from Aliexpress. £4.50. Cameltoe I think it was.

Voted hot. Replacement bladders alone are £20ish. The Classic is very comfortable for running as it sits flat to your back (quite high up) and doesn't bounce around line others I've tried.

TCB and Quidco are offering £4 cashback for an online purchase from Hearst.

According to the T&Cs, minimum of 12 month subscription and Camelbak only available to the first 300 subscriptions', so your not guaranteed to get one.

Super useful for festivals where you can't take glass in, that's fine guard, just got 2L of vodka and coke on my back

Free gift is available for the first 300 subscribers. If stock runs out, you will be offered a gift of similar value.

There's going to be lots of disappointed people on this thread when the hydration packs run out and they're stuck with a six month subscription to Runners World. Don't worry though, maybe you'll get a cuddly toy in exchange for the hydration pack.

I run 30 miles a week, between 6-8 miles each time I never have a drink.....I think people can get a bit carried away with the whole hydration thing. Hot weather. understandable, or long distances, but for your average 10k shouldn't go OTT

WARNING.

This is NOT a 6 month subscription, it is a year subscription paid for in minimum 2 six monthly installments of £17. I ordered it, then noticed the comments on here. I have spoken to their customer services and cancelled it. They claim they are not doing anything wrong, i disagree and have put a complaint into trading standards.

UPDATE.

I ordered Saturday night, cancelled Monday morning, but the Camelback arrived a couple of days later. I of course put it straight back in the post box, someone with lesser morals may have kept it.

I was a bit slow off the mark with this one. As I subscribed to RW anyway, it made sense to cancel and try to get one using my partner's details. I received the Camelbak at the weekend, so well pleased. Thanks op. For info, these hydration rucksacks are particularly good for marathon training, which I intend to use it for.
