Also useful to know so you can avoid being there on that day...

You know the build-up to Christmas has begun when you see the festive Coca-Cola advert. And this year, like many before, the Coca-Cola truck from that famous advert is going on tour around the country giving out free Coke and festive cheer.

The truck will be stopping in 42 towns andcities around the UK setting off on Saturday 11 November and ending its nationwide road trip on Sunday 17 December.

At each stop there will be photo opportunities, festive carol singers and a free 150ml can of either Coca-Cola, Diet Coke or Coke Zero Sugar for every person.

I'd rather an Irn Bru truck drive to our city

Was a mini can of Cola when seen couple of years back.

U get a 250ml can.....

Good old Coca Crula distributing the seeds of diabetes and obesity misery for future generations. Might as well be handing out baggies of drugs to kiddies

Many thanks for the list though op. Gives me a chance to go protest in person.

I can’t understand what makes sense to vote cold a “Freebie”.

I’d love to see this. Thanks for posting op.

Quite irresponsible comparing a festive freebie to drugs and children

No one forces you to drink coke.

They're talking about banning the Coke truck from Liverpool this year because there is an, 'obesity epidemic.' I hope this stops all the fat drug dealers and chubby feral helmetless moped riding rats from shooting at each other then?

Ppl just go see anything with lights

150ml can last year and they open it before they give it to you very strange

Annoying when they put Newcastle when its Boldon and the Metrocentre is in gateshead.

Why don't they just give away Diet Coke = everyone happy

45 minute queue for a tiny free can - not bothering again!

Shame only 2 in London

Leyton is in London. E10, my turf

It's not even the real truck. Saw this in Reading a few years ago and the driver smashed the side of the truck up, backing it up by the river.

Thanks, coca cola is heavily connected to Christmas, like it or not, (I like it) many people see the truck advert as the first sign of Christmas, and whether myth or legend or complete fabrication coca cola is the reason we have a red Santa. Many things like that have helped to make coca cola kind of magical at Christmas time. I hope i get the chance to see the truck as i have never seen it before i'm going to turn the can into a decoration. I couldn't care less about what they stick in their drink or the obesity whatever, its a nice gesture from a company and i'm going to enjoy it.

Being a greedy person I always check deals and not discussions. Wish I had seen that before...

They do give out diet coke and coke zero as well.

Even then with the orginal version, its a small can and anything can be enjoyed in moderation.
