When you order this, you will be signing up for a monthly subcription of this. No way to cancel on your account unless you call them/email.
I ordered this couple weeks ago and was nice range of beers delivered. Cancelled by email next day and no problems from me.

And usually when you call they don't answer, there's no queue system and you can't leave a message, it just cuts you off.

After trying to cancel for a while I just started doing a chargeback through my credit card, explained the situation and they were more than happy to do so.

Took a while for them to catch on but they've stopped sending them and stopped charging me finally.

Good product, s****y service.
I have just cancelled this myself. Very quick email. Absolutely no problem at all
Had two goes at this (me + wife). Cancelled by email both times without issue. Good for £5, terrible for £25.

Thanks op, given it a go on the light ales. If they're decent I'll keep the sub, if as bad as people say it's only cost me a fiver for 8 beers. Cheers 🍻
Never had issues cancelling. Bargain at this price. Normally decent beer too.
Wasn't able to cancel by email. Had to phone.

I've been subscribing them for a while now and called them a couple or three weeks ago to check how paying with a one4all gift card works with them seeing we get two x £100 cards for 160 quid each month and had no problem at all.

Though I was in a queue I got connected within about 15 minutes which I thought was excellent in these covid-19 times and Dan the agent I spoke to was a really sound geezer so the opposite from me and call it a great service!

Not cheap granted but they do ship out some amazing ales. I even bought an additional box this month for the second night of their cyber fest on YouTube last week.

If you're a new customer this is a no brainer, you won't be disappointed

Obviously people have had different experiences, but mine certainly wasn't positive.

Regardless, if I can sign up for a service online without directly contacting them then I should be able to cancel the same way. Placing these artificial barriers is just poor customer service.
Has anyone had any problem's ordering one of these a second time? I'm sure I read that it's one per household, I was wondering if I could get away with using a different card and putting it in my sons name?

I had no issues last time when it came to cancelling by email

Pretty difficult crowd to please, 8 beers for a fiver. Guess the cancellation is what stops the joy 🤷

It's 5 330ml beers. That's around £1.66 per 500ml. Regularly you can get decent quality ale at a rate of £1.50 per 500ml.

Then it's the cancellation some people have had problems with.

Then the fact this could be considered the normal price as they are always on offer for this sort of price.

Also there's the fact these can be hit and miss with some of the selections not being too great at all.

Oh and the way it's misleading. No way will it cost them £4.95 postage on these. So technically you are paying for the beer with that money but at a subsidised rate.

I had this via Camra. Beers are garbage. Could not give them away in the end. Everyone preferred my home brew to these beers. Ended up chucking the last few cans down the sink. Sorry, but real ale tasting of oranges is not my cup of tea (which is more preferable).

On the plus side, when you call them, they cancel with no quibbles.
Easy enough to cancel:
