Register with BespokeOffers.co.uk and if you access them via Topcashback or Quidco for a "Beat my Price" quote (similar principle to Flubit) then you will receive cashback into your account initially for registering but also for each quote that you submit.
I didn't realise this as I only registered with Bespoke recently but today I went to get some quotes from them via Quidco and I later received 3 emails from Quidco saying that my cashback had tracked. Remember, I haven't actually made a purchase yet (in fact I am still waiting for a price on all three items) but £1.20 has tracked to my Quidco account. and there is no obligation to purchase once the offer has been made!

So, if you haven't already registered with Bespoke, then do that first. Then, whenever you want them to "Beat My Price", make sure you access them via Quidco or Topcashback and they'll reward you each time to the tune of 40p+ and you are under no obligation to go through with the order...not sure if it is a deal or a freebie but I'll let the mods decide.

I will wait to see if I actually get paid but I thought I'd put it out there as I haven't seen this info anywhere on HUKD yet.

I'm genuinely interested as to why this is getting cold votes. At face value it is "something" for "nothing", which is a deal in anyone's book.
Is there something I should know that I obviously don't?

I am about to pull the trigger on a purchase from "Bespoke Offers" so if I'm about to make a mistake can someone please enlighten me.
I asked them to "Beat My Price" on a Kobo Aura, the link I provided was from John Lewis @£80. They have come back to me with a delivered price of £68.37, in addition to which I qualify for 15% cashback on the purchase from Quidco PLUS the 40p that has already tracked from the no obligation quote I asked for earlier today.

Any sound reason why I shouldn't go ahead with the purchase? It seems like a no brainer but the temperature of the posted deal has me wondering...

No ,go for it

Bespoke has been good for me except sometimes delivery can be very slow.

Thanks I've just placed the order. I have used Flubit on many occasions in the last 12-18 months so I'm used to slow deliveries (they had me waiting nearly 4 weeks for some pc components recently). The confirmation of my order email shows "Fireworks Direct" as the supplier so it would appear to be the same setup too...? Flubit don't pay you each time that you ask for quotes though so I'm still at a loss as to why this particular deal is so unloved...I thought it was free money.

Beat my price track for me, but but beat my price demand didn't. Which is annoy as it was at around 15%, and i did everything right. But guys, dont plump for the first offer. As it will vary, and can get a couple of quid cheaper.

Original Poster

Just had confirmation from Quidco of my cashback tracking (£9.18) bringing the aggregate price for the Kobo Aura down to £59.19.

I found using bespoke when supplier is firework direct usually slower. My recent order whose supplier was box.co.uk, it arrives next day. So it depends on suppliers.

From what I understand, Bespoke isn't just a similar principal to Flubit, it's a collaboration between Barclaycard (as a funder I guess) and Flubit (the technology..)

They had the same offer a few weeks back...but offering £2 per quote!

Most didn't track......and then they confirmed one at 80p. I've still got 10 claims waiting and no response as yet!

Good Luck!!

Interested to why this is getting cold votes too.

I got a quote for a Lego Technic Crane for £89.64 using a link from Amazon for £99.85. I took up on the offer and can confirm both the 40p and 15% (£13.45) have tracked.

Total price paid now sits at £75.79

I have had all 4 of my quotes track so far at 40p.

These are notorious for not tracking on quidco and tcb. Only half of the transactions tracked on tcb and none whatsoever on quidco. I have raised claims for all of them but not holding my breath.

is 15% provided by quidco, after making the purchase?

When you get your offer, access Bespokeoffers via the Quidco website to make your purchase. My 15% tracked within a few hours and as I said earlier, all my "beat my price" quotes have tracked Also.

Interestingly...I tried another quote as a test and its tracked already on quidco!

Is the limit still one quote per 24 hours?

I have had 4 quotes track since about 11pm last night so it must be more than 1 but what the limit is exactly I couldn't tell you.

Thanks for the info.

Would anyone like to explain the cold votes? I've been doing this all week and they've been tracking, just need to see if all pay out but no need to vote cold.

I've been scratching my head about this too. I remain convinced that this is a great deal, it is essentially free money but despite the barrage of cold votes nobody has articulated an argument against it. I noticed that another deal offering quidco/topcashback payments for obtaining insurance quotes has attracted plenty of naysayers who warn about unsolicited mail, cold calls and a potential negative effect on your credit rating but yet the deal has still received plenty of support with well over 500 degrees.

I guess it is just one of those vagaries of hukd voting...?

lots of free money, people are most likely voting this cold since they dont want it to be common knowledge and get the rules changed, tho i did post about this days ago in a forum reply

and bespoke gives me no offer limit a day, so its unlimited free money or free chance money at less, since currently it only states all quotes must be genuine well you have to put 4 or more qoutes in at a time to get the best price since all come back with a few pound spread, and maybe you want to price check a few different items to compare them, thats easily £10 a day, that are genuine and in all the terms currently

why the cold votes common knowledge gets things removed like the old cashbackers and other few sites booking buddy of of silly amounts *in xx pounds* done a day

tho ya on a whole just how voting works here, 99% of the members are silly and have issues, 900+ heat on the CPW upgrade / virgin google a number or randomly get it right abuse and or fraud in anyones minds, yet this is so what taboo *tho it is currently in the terms 100%* you could do it a million times a day if you wanted *£400000* total legal, also warned those from the endslieth £50 cashback deal that it would get pulled so they might as well do this unless they wanted the insurance but didnt listen with in an hour tcb was offering £15, cashback is not money until its in your account so free over use is better than paid one time, more so for something you dont need

Perhaps, but the reception for the above insurance deal doesn't necessarily support that .I'm in no doubt that there's a significant percentage of voters who may try to 'kill' a deal in order to keep it under the radar but I'm equally convinced that people find it easier to vote "hot" on an already hot item and conversely "cold" when it is already cold. Furthermore, the greater the deal has tipped away from that fulcrum of "0" degrees, the easier it becomes to register said vote because the perception is the group has seemingly already decided what constitutes a good or bad deal. Therefore someone who may not be familiar with a particular subject, will feel more confident in voting hot on a 1000 degree deal (or alternatively cold on a -200 degree thread) as it is more common to align oneself with the group rather than buck the trend, even when we all have anonymity here.
Obviously all deals are not created equal and one would hope that the cream would always rise to the top, however just as important to the perceived value of any deal may be that first half dozen votes and which way they initially swing the thermometer...discuss

"Group think" and an (perhaps) unfounded belief that others know something that you don't are probably playing a part here.

Or of course it might also be because Flubit has screwed a few people in the past by not honoring Amazon "Beat my Price" orders once the Amazon price has gone up.

Strangely enough it actually works. Been noticing these 40p cashbacks have been popping up in my account for no reason as far as I could tell.

But on the flip side, 10 days after making a purchase, all of my Bespoke BMP cashbacks have been.... "This transaction has been declined, meaning the retailer feels that it is not eligible for cashback.

Please lodge a missing cashback claim if you can think of no reason for this and would like us to investigate this for you.
" WHATTTT?

As far as I'm concerned the retailer shouldn't be offering cashback on TCB BSoffers BMP if they have no intention of honouring the deal.
Oh let the fun and games of hunting down the cashback begin already :-(.

I guess the cold votes are because of the £2 deal that was posted a while ago. I got about 8 quotes and each one tracked at 80p and they have all now paid out within a few weeks - although not as good as the advertised £2 a shot I can't really grumble. Got 15% cashback too on the 5 things I actually purchased and again all have paid out already.

40p a day for little effort is still a good deal. Added a bit of heat.
