That's hardly a deal as it should be available all the time for free. …That's hardly a deal as it should be available all the time for free. Cold as Ice.

Yes but you did and the fact you now don't have to pay the £1.99 and someone has let us know is great!
Thank you to whoever posted! Definitely hot from me!!
God damn love this shop. In it every week.

At last!
I am sure clicks and collects are not free, you have to pay.
I never pay to restock their stores.
Very useful. I was wanting to order a jumper that I couldn't find in my size in the shop.

It's a one day promo. Tk Maxx usually do them a few times a year

Just to say I ordered yesterday around 2pm and selected standard delivery - arriving today and didn't need to pay so worth considering/risking if you are over the spend threshold

I mean unless we can control TK Maxx's shipping prices how can you vote cold? It's saving regular shoppers money so therefore is a 'deal'

It “should” be available all the time for free, but it’s not.

Today it is, therefore it’s a deal. Baffles me how you would vote cold.

Why should c+c be free? They receive your order, a member of staff then has to pick the item (along with many others) and store it for your convenience for upto 14 days. All of that costs them money and resources.

If you don't want that convenience, then pay postage or go to the store and pick it yourself, assuming it's on the shelf when you arrive. Some retailers offer free c+c, but charging for it is completely reasonable.
Thank you. Was after something that they didn't have in my local store and didn't want to pay postage 😄
All items should be free to collect from stores so long as you buy them of course. Owt to make a few bob for retailing items as a multinational.
Thanks for posting we have added your thread to the Highlights page
Amazing thanks xx
Free click & collect... what a joke
food hub
Nice lightshade etc
How to get free click and collect 365 days a year at tkmaxx:
For example the item/s you want come to £20 total. Add any item £30 or over making your order total over £50, boom, free click and collect. When you collect your parcel from the store return the item you added at the same time as picking it up. Takes an extra 2 mins and saves you postage posts 🏼 if you want to save the staff a extra job make sure the item you're adding to return ends in .99p so it doesn't need to be reticketed 🏼
Just be careful of ordering anything that is breakable. I ordered 3 plant pots and when I picked them up in the store the lady asked me to open the box as she thought something was broken. All 3 pots were shattered. I was offered free next day delivery when I contacted customer services. I ordered 3 more pots which again arrived broken. After sending photos of the damage I was refunded and told to dispose of the pots.
