a muffin qualifies
How much are muffins each or slices of cake? I only nip to Nero on a Tuesday, normally at Starbucks the rest of the week.
About £2 for trays and muffins I think.
Slice of cake is usually £2.70+
The tray bakes are £1.90 in (£1.80 out I think and I highly recommend the Caramel Shortcake - it’s not like the usual mass produced stuff and frankly I get enough free coffee each week, I certainly don’t resent paying Nero under £2 for decent coffee (probably the best of the chains) and a nice bit of cake.

Thanks OP - I would have probably missed this otherwise.

Officially not included but never had any problem getting it.

Where does it say that? Anything not on the speciality menu is fine and mocha isn’t on speciality - it’s things like white chocolate mocha, caramelatte, Milano and the ice frappes that aren’t included.
Back to Nero today then. It'll be the first time I have bought anything in there for so long.
Thanks for the heads up.
I could not find deal at 10 am today , though it was there till night yesterday.
I don't have this deal in my O2 Priority app either?
Hopefully it's going to appear at 12. Feel sorry for those who planned to use it at 10am.
Still nothing at 12.07

Strange that it hasn't appeared yet! Where did you hear about this offer OP?

It was listed yesterday on their app, it should start today at 10am.

Ok, hopefully it'll turn up soon then! Thanks for posting.
It's on their app now. Buy two coffees get one cake. How annoying!
Expired the deal. Sorry guys, O2 messed it up.
At least it's better than nothing, might use it over the weekend. Shame that the Nero deals seem to be getting a bit worse/rarer, sad that Virgin Red pulled the daily BOGOF offer!

Yes, that exact offer is showing on mine. Get free cake with 2 coffees. Op- I can’t click to unexpire as it’s not the actual offer. Suggest you edit and unexpire? Thanks- I’d never have checked o2 app if not for your post

As the active offer has changed (now you have to buy 2 coffees for a free cake rather than get a free coffee with purchase of a cake - different £spends too) we wouldn't edit as the vote was based on o2's original offer, but members can relist the new offer , thanks @hemp
So if i give them two filled up stamp cards i will get a free cake?

I expect it says not to be used in conjunction with any other offer and the free coffee filled stamp cards will count as another offer

It's OK to use them. I used two full cards on my app, I just didn't use the loyalty barcode on the app. Really annoyed I had to share my lemon meringue cake.

I'm not sharing my cake.
O2 are a joke. They do this regularly. I can’t wait to leave my contract with them, signal is terrible in major cities (well it shows signal but can’t send data) and O2 Priority has gone way downhill - that’ll teach me for leaving Vodafone in spite...

O2 have basically no 4G spectrum, you can go with EE but they do charge a lot more, but the coverage is awesome

My other phone is EE and it’s amazing. I also am very impressed with their customer service. I hadn’t used them since T-Mobile which plummeted downhill when EE 4G first came out. O2 have really disappointed me on all fronts. I’ll go Vodafone and EE next time.

Three can be ok as well, but I have found their retention team will readily give you insane offers so you stay so that work out as well

Sometimes but it depends on if you’ve got an account they want to keep. Also Three signal is dreadful around Southampton and on the M27. I find them very pushy too. They used to be a lot better - that’s the problem though, good offers attract lots of customers/traffic and they become complacent.
