Free credit report for life via ASDA MONEY

Found 15th Mar 2015
I received an email from asda money that they are now offering free credit report for life. It's run via a company called Noddle. I've just signed up to it and it offered a detailed credit history, and is all up to date. Just thought it might come in handy to someone else who's intrested in their credit history but not willing to pay monthly subscription costs.

you can get credit reports directly from noddle for free.

Or just use noddle been around for years and free

Freebies have their own section.

Disregarding that as said before Noddle is free anyway so Asda are acting as a middleman to a free service anyway. Cold for me

Just watch out for all thd promotional bumff from Asda!
Plus an email from Noodle trying to get you to sign up to their overpriced services every week.

Prob best to go with a reputable global company like Experian who can offer advice and support on how to improve your credit report.

As others have said Noddle has been around for years and is free. I would rather deal with a company direct than via a third party

Definitely cut out the middle man - unless they're offering some of the paid features for free...?

Noddle offer a basic credit report free every month, you just have to pay for the extras (matched credit, detailed analysis of reports etc)

I never knew about Noddle,so thanks.

It will, it has to be able to check your identity somehow!

I too have also been noddle free for a few years. It's perfect for what I need it for. I guess noddle is not very well known and asda as a popular company have decided to help the growth of noddle. I only found out from an independent mortgage adviser that came into my work for a tv repair. I would never of known about them before

Noddle is actually part of CallCredit who are one of the three main UK credit Reference Agencies (Experian and Equifax being the other two). There are rarely differences between the data each will return - there are differences, but last comparison report i saw (admittedly a few years ago now) had something like over 90% of reports being the same across all three for things like Credit Accounts, CCJs, etc.

Just registered with Noddle. Didn't realise there was a free service! Never a bad idea to keep an eye on your credit data, whether it's good or bad, and when it's free, why not! Thanks for posting details

I've been with creditexpert from Experian for years now but thought I'd try Noodle last year seeing as it was free. Sorry to say but it's pretty hopeless. It had whole accounts missing for me so it wasn't a true reflection of my credit file at all. Yes it's costly (I pay £9.99 a month) but I much prefer having a really accurate report and being able to track changes to my real credit score with Experian.

awesome, never knew about this!

Ive been with noddle since they started and find them perfectly suitable for returning my credit file every month for free. I tried experian out of interest and it didnt offer me any more information that what noddle does so do yourselves a favour and save your money, its not worth spending money to get your credit file.

They actually give you a credit score, noddle only give an indicator.

Just registered and obtained my record - thank you!
