I can - I got a letter like this from littlewoods confirming this too.. They still won't get me back as a customer however..

Our standard delivery service is free on all orders. For most in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items, place your order before 11pm to receive the item within 48 hours.

- Nominated day/ Saturday delivery is £6.95. You can choose your delivery date up to 8 days in advance.

- For larger items, delivery will be confirmed at checkout and we will call you to arrange a suitable day as soon as the product is ready for dispatch.

- Selected washing machines, fridge freezers and cookers are available on our express 72 hour delivery service, for an additional charge.

All delivery options are available when ordering online. Items ordered on Saturday choosing 'next day option' (before cut off time) will be delivered on Monday.

Deliveries are usually between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Specified day deliveries on Saturdays will usually be between 7am and 5pm.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time scale. This also applies to products sent directly from our suppliers.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. We will contact you if there are any delivery restrictions to your address.

All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods within our specified time scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no-one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

The price adjustment have always been made, with or without delivery charge. The only good offers are the intro offers because you only get charged the full price 6 months later. LOL
