I've always had free delivery from Ebuyer on anything over £50.

Still, worth a bit of heat for pointing it out!

It's been free delivery over £49.99 for as long as I remember. Maybe ebuyer ran out of things to put on there banners :-)

It did stop for a while, mostly over the last 2 or 3 months. eBuyer must be either feeling the economic pinch and the resulting downturn in sales or the early reduction on VAT (down to 15%) by OCuk or both

Yep they stopped doing free delivery on 15/10, then reinstated it on 20/11.

Unfortunately their prices also shot up around October, with the US exchange rate tumble. However many products are still priced higher than the competition, even if you factor in the general rise in tech prices at all retailers. Several, often cheaper retailers, offer free shipping at a lower threshold.

Reinstating the Free Delivery therefore does not make a difference on many items and I recommend shopping around.

The cynic in me is thinking that they only withdrew the free shipping in order to reinstate it at a later date with the associated PR and free advertising (like on here) ;-) They can also use the Free Shipping hoopla to disguise their not-so-great prices.
