The quality seems to vary enormously. The fleeces I've bought are a bit rubbish, but the Trek trousers and shorts have been great. Tee shirts were fine too.
I bought two jackets from here during a previous sale. One is incredibly cozy and worth the money, but the other is neither "Windproof, water-resistant and warm", as advertised. Would advice care if spending a lot of money.

Prices also vary massively from sale to sale - I paid £15 during previous sales, yet it's now £35 for this one.
Purchased a Concord extreme coat, they clearly sent me a return as there was hair allover the collar and the bag was all ripped. Messaged the customer service , no reply until started paypal dispute, then they only partially refunded me and wanted me to pay return costs on a used coat when I purchased new.

Wouldn't use them again. Garbage customer service.
Honestly don't know how they get away with advertising some of their claimed reductions. I happened to pop into one of their stores on Sunday whilst out shopping and looked at some of the items with a 70% reduction. I can't say they were value after being reduced, to buy at their RRP would be plain stupid.
Thanks OP!

Bought from them couple of years ago, cs was shockingly bad and quality below average even for the discounted price. From what I read they haven't change a bit, if people stay clear maybe they'd decide to change their "business model".
