I can't up load a pic either, I'm on an iPad, what everyone else trying to upload on???

I'm having the same problem

Hi all you will need to convert your picture to PNG for it to upload this can be easily done by opening your original picture with the windows paint programme then in the far left hand corner you should have the option to save as then simply save as PNG and your picture should then upload hope this makes sense and helps.

I had the same problem... then I noticed "minimum file size 2MB". You'd think they meant maximum, but no...

I emailed myself a photo from my iPhone and it only came up to 272KB, so I just opened it in Paint and saved it as PNG to bring it up above the 2MB minimum.

(Also noticed that it said "All fields except phone number are mandatory" but when leaving the Phone field blank, it complained and said it was required!)

I've tried enlarging the pic and decreasing it too. Still no joy. Will keep trying, thanks.

thanks for posting this just ordered mine!

Hi there, Have you tried The body shop Hemp hand cream? I heard its really good for very dry skin.

Well this is something I will be applying for later, had eczema all my life yet it comes and goes, one month my hands will be perfect then the next couple of months they will go wrong again. Might aswell try this and see what happens.

i might add, i uploaded a jpg, under 2mb

I actually purchased this product a few months back. Its a great product but very expensive.

Its not greasy and no smell but beware that it does sting upon application for a few moments.

Ironically, I don't have any photos to submit of my rosacea in full bloom, as I deliberately avoid cameras at such times. I suppose I consume a hot curry, bottle of red wine and a few cups of coffee type to induce a photo opportunity. ; (

Have you tried Eumobase cream? I used that and it certainly makes the skin more moist, which helps the condition to go away (I used to suffer from bad eczema on both legs but this mostly cleared it up for me). If that doesn't work, try Aveno cream which also helped me a lot.

I really hope it helps, he needs to remember to apply the Eumobase twice a day and not to scratch either (the cream should help with that anyway). Just to let you know this is the one I used, it seems they've changed the name to Eumocream since I finished with it but it's definitely the same. This is the Aveeno cream. Good luck, hope he improves!

Try aqueous cream. Could be applied dry or in shower to replace shower gel about £2.50 per 500g

Also you could try applying Manuka Honey and as previously mentioned coconut oil is very good.
Another tip if not already doing so is to avoid coffee as it dehydrates the skin. I cut it out of my diet whilst trying to combat eczema and I have definitely noticed a difference.
