Found 13th Nov 2013
Preen and Elizabeth Arden have teamed up for a one off special Christmas offer.
Exclusively at Debenhams from November 9th - 30th 2013 you can get your mitts on a free Preen Beauty Bag and skincare treats worth over £126 with any purchase of 2 or more Elizabeth Arden products (one of which must be skin care).

For example you could choose the following:
Elizabeth Arden Visible difference refining moisture cream complex 75ml
£15 (reduced from £45)

It is a skin care product, so just add 2 of these to your basket and the gift will be added automatically, and your total to pay will be just £30!

But as it says you can choose any 2 items as long they are Elizabeth Arden, and as long as 1 is a skin care item!

Haha! The title would of been too long with Elizabeth Arden in twice, never thought of the game reference though at the time!

Thanks will change it, other items are still in stock though for example; Elizabeth Arden Visible difference refining moisture cream complex 75ml.

Will just cost £30 instead of £27 but the moisturisers are worth more anyway, they have been reduced from £45

That's great on price. Thanks

Thank you for posting! Just ordered the two creams for £30 which is just enough for free delivery as well.

Worth £126 = Actually worth £26 X)

Plus if you are a beauty club member and spend £40 you get 1500 points which is £15

hahaha .. They say the free gift set is worth £126 but are selling it for £45!! (still overpriced IMO)
.............. things that make you go hummhummhumm

Thanks for posting this. I was in the market for some visable difference and the price id very good at £15, the lip protector is second to none, (nearest is the body shop hemp lip protector), so to get a "free" gift with it what ever the value is just ideal. x

Fantastic!

Reduced makeup and eau de toilette can be used as one purchase and skincare item another so £15 cheapest skincare + lipstick £9.50 = £24.50 plus 5% Quidco. Good deal for a good brand.

Great deal, thanks for posting!

Any suggestions please - have put 1 moisturiser and 1 teal nail lacquer duo on order- but there's nothing showing under that as a free gift- should this come up on the order? Thanks

Mine came up automatically.

Not auto added to mine earlier but found their page with all offers on and it says "*All free gifts are one per order, while stocks last. If the gift does not add to shopping bag then it is out of stock." :-(. That's a shame, would have made a great gift, as we need to buy red door perfume anyway.

I have just rang Debenhams and the free gift if out of stock!

Thanks for this deal, heat added!

Although its been expired, you can still get this deal in store as I did this morning the free gift is only out of stock online.

At the Trafford Centre Manchester

I bought 2 x Elizabeth Arden White Diamonds down from £55 to £19.99 (Saving £70)
4 x Elizabeth Arden Visible difference refining moisturizer cream complex down from £45 - £15 (Saving £120)

Split the 2 transactions to qualify for the 2 x 1,500 points when registering their free beauty card + received extra points for purchase hence now have £33 of free credit to spend in store.

Received my 2 free gift bags worth £126 and they accidentally gave me 4 gift bags ;o) (potentially worth £126 x 4 = £504)

So you could say I spent £67 and received £694 worth of stuff which make up a few pressies for the mum & gf at Xmas!

Thanks again for spotting a great deal..!

Ordered this and now got an email saying unable to fulfil the free gift

I would just call Debenhams customer service, explain you did not get the gift online as quoted and they will be able to check your local branch for stock and you should be able to take your receipt and pick on up, or just call your local Debenhams and say that customer service told you to pop in to pick it up and can they put one aside for you...

I had an email saying the two paid for items I ordered were dispatched and the free gift was still "processing". I went online to track it and there it says the free gift is "unable to fulfil". Nothing from Debenhams to actually tell me this.

I ordered by 7.30am on the 13th and all was fine. Then last night an email to say they were unable to fulfil the order for the gift set. Other items arrived this morning but will be going back. Not fair when there is obviously stock in store still being given out.

My girlfriend ordered online, and at the time the free gift was part of the order. She then had the same e-mail telling her that they were not able to fulfill the order of the free gift set, but that the other items had been sent anyway. It arrived this morning and we drove straight up to our local Debenhams to explain our disappointment. To there credit they were extremely helpful and as they had the free gift in stock put right the order. Great customer service from the Elizabeth Arden sales rep, well done!

Also recieved the same email seems like typical Debenhams awful to online customers. I wonder if anyone did get the free gift in with their order.

Got my order today with no gift set. Have not had any emails at all either.
I want the items but will return them on principle.

I got a free gift in store by showing my receipt. Thanks for the suggestion

Also got my free gift set from in store after making a little fuss, really pleased as its got my fav cream

Alas we don't have a store near to us, it's over 50 miles away so would be counter productive to go there. Had a frustrating conversation with 'customer services when the free gift did not arrive with the goods. So I wrote to the chairman of Debehams with my complaint! They did then send some bits and bobs, (Joop body lotion etc), then had a letter with terms and conditions from head office, they had attached £15 of Debenams vouchers?? I might be pleased if the store was closer and if the goods and vouchers were to the value of the free gift! It must be in stock somewhere in the company or they are breaking the law by still advertising the offer in a booklet enclosed with the Sunday Paper?? X

You did better than me out of them! I am in the same position, with no store anywhere near me (the reason I buy online in the first place), and I complained that the webpage said if it added the gift to my basket (which it did) then it was in stock, but I still didn't get it. They just sent me back a page of small print from their terms and conditions, which says even if they say the gift is in stock it might not be and you might not get anything. So basically they can advertise any free gift but you may or may not get it.
John Lewis for me in future!

Hello Butterbean, (great name), I reminded them of the Hoover/ holiday offer many years ago!! Hoover offered a free holiday with every product sold, they were inundated. Not because anyone really wanted the hoover, they were after nthe free holiday. I nearly bankrupted them!!! It took years of them trying to wriggle outof the promotion with red tape, it cost them millions in court costs and the case was found against them!!. I also sent a photo of my son's protest outside Curry's when they refused to take responsibility for a TV that had broken down just after the official guarantee. We are in fact all "legally" entitled to a ferunf for a seven year period. Any way he had id large white van sign written with the details of his complain anlong with DO NOT SHOP HERE!, balloons festooned the van etc. There was local and national media coverage. The LAW was on his side so the agreed to a refund??!! The person to contact is the Chief Executive Michael Sharp, send a recorded delivery letter of complaint to the head office address, it's on thier website. If enough people who have been unfairly/unlawfully treated do this they will stop this illegal practice. Alas we brits are suckers and do not like to make a fuss and such company's know and rely on this so they get away woth breaking the law daily. I do hope this helps. Kindest regards. Carol x x
