Thanks, when I signed up it got a bit confused and the order process seemed to stop half way through. As a tip. if you log out then go through the ordering process again, but log in as an existing customer that seemed to sort it.

thanks ordered mine, heat added

Thanks OP, never been to the races always fancied having a look. Ordered with ease.

How do you log out?

I couldnt work that out either.

Strange

Voted hot.

Top bombing. Thanks a lot OP

If I didn't know better I would think this was a great way to harvest data.
I followed the link, put details in, asked the website to find my address details, put in THEIR suggested address verbatim and then what happened...?
"Sorry! The following 1 thing(s) need attention...
Addresses: has invalid characters."
(sic)
Hmm, it doesn't exactly instill an awful lot of confidence does it?
Would you give your personal details and (potentially) banking information to a site that cannot even get a simple process like registering a new account correct, let alone a site that does not have a visible or obvious means of contacting them?
I think not.
Even the help button is a joke - go on, I dare you to press it. Great for a quick titter.
I would never trust a company or organisation that makes it difficult for you to contact them and cannot even get a very basic, simple website to work correctly.
Bloomin' amateurs.
Absolutely zero heat!

Its Aintree Racecourse through the Jockey Club, not some scam site! oO

The only things they will be harvesting will be hay and apples for the horsies!

ps Thank you very much for the zero heat and all you do to make hukd a better site

Great Find OP. Been using the Jockeyclub for a good while now, build up enough points to get my last tickets free aswell.

I chose post as there was plenty of time between then and raceday.

The tickets havent arrived yet but I havent had problems in the past. You could always print them off at your local library if you are worried.

I've chosen to get them sent by post. I'm wondering why they are not selling these tickets instead of giving them away for free?

Its probably because of the time of the year. Better that they get people through the gates spending money once inside than charging for entry and hardly anyone turning up.

Thats just my guess though.

Yeah true, do you think anyone would sell their free tickets closer to the time if no one has a printer and it wont arrive in the post in time?

ij will be easy if you go the library and set up another email address you would have to.re register but then you could print them off the day before if they havnt came. i will check here the week.before as at the mo it looks like its me and my bird going so will have 2 spair tickets which you can have for free, but it would be easier to just register again and print in the library. i dnt hav a printer so just got them sent out ... its the jokey club.. have faith my man.

ps . re last post, yeah bunking in probably was more fun, we didnt actually get to the stands, security wasnt that tight bout 20 years ago but we probably could of, we were just happy sitting in the bushes. grew up in the old roan which borders aintree. ha those were the days ay !

My tickets have not arrived yet, I will contact them if not here by end of the week. Do you think anyone could sell the tickets nearer the time, for example it could be a few days before the event and someone may want tickets but it won't arrive in time and they may not have a printer. I mean only for a small amount?

I think you are worrying too much. There is still nearly 3 weeks to go before the event and Ive never had a problem receiving physical tickets from them.

Probably. Have you not ordered enough tickets or are you just worried that what you have ordered wont turn up in time?

If all else fails, I could print off your tickets and post them to you if you pm'ed me the file.

When did you order them? You didnt comment until a week after I posted it, so your tickets will obviously have been sent later than mine. I had already booked mine when I posted the freebie.

Give it til the end of the week mate, I am sure they will arrive.

good to see this unlike some of the other posts people.here willing to help others out ! i also havnt recived my tickets yet but im sure they will come. once again ill say it but i might have a spair ticket and maybe even all 4 if the mrs gets her way. we might be in scotland at the time so if thats the case i will post my tickets to someone who will use them .

Just to say my friend did this soon after you posted mark and his tickets arrived today, so hopefully others will too.
Already added heat but thanks again! xx
