its a great day out, glad I could be of help, the staff are great with the kids and they have a brilliant adventure playground as well, enjoy!

Excellent - will definately be taking my kiddies to this thank you!

I hope to go, because in princple this place is good if you live in a flat (as I do), the kids can run about a bit.
Stopped going last year because it was so 'shabby' and 'unkept'.

Haven't ever looked at the website, but never once have I seen any staff interact with any children, because I never did, I assumed it wasn't part of their job!!
They were always the kind of 'supermarket' staff that ignore you or talk about their weekend in front of you while you wait.
I'm really shocked at the poster who says the staff were good, very confusing?????
Really hope it has picked up, it could be a lovely place to take the kids, especially in the bad weather.

I went last October during half term and my 4 yr old loved it, this was on a day when there was specific activities planned i.e mask making, story telling and face painting. We had his 5th birthday party there in December, and I can honestly say both visits were enjoyable and the staff did interact with the children. Perhaps on days where there are planned activities the staff make more effort? If this is the case then visit at a time when there is a planned acitivity. Their adventure garden is on the small side but kids seem to enjoy it which is the most important thing

thank you - kids had a great time today
