    Hi all

Just rang and the update is as follows:-

    - Free Car entrance is included in the 2 x complimentary tickets

    - Those who are coming on foot and no car there is a 14 seater mini bus on site the Safari Park that gives a 1 hour and 30 minutes tour of the animals. It is £4.25 per person though regardless of adult/child.

    - There are no rides opened what so ever as they are closed due to maintenance back up and running in February 2012

    - Opening hours for Sunday 6th November is 10.00am - 4pm with 3pm last admission into the Safari Park

    - You are not allowed to feed the animals with your own food. Only food from Safari park must be used to feed the animals costs £3.00 or so a box! You can feed the deers if going on the mini bus onsite.

    - On foot no car there's lots to see Sealife Reptiles (see Lotsofbargains comments as below) this is included with the complimentary tickets. The only additional cost that is optional is the mini bus tour! otherwise in the car it is included with the complimentary ticket no charge!

    Hope this helps!!!!

Hopefully see many of you there!!! ;0)

Nice thanks, will there be a limited amount you think? Hope it's just a link to a PDF and not one of those things where you have to download the software

It's a shame that only one voucher can be used per car. What should a group of 4 do, come in 2 cars? Definitely not eco-friendly is it :(. Anyways, good deal and good luck for those who are only 2.

Just read this on their website, note the bottom line-
Winter opening dates: 6, 12, 13, 19 & 20 November 2011; Daily from 26 November - 24 December; Every weekend from 31 December 2011 to Sunday 5 February 2012. Closed Christmas Day. Amusement area, rides and African Village closed during Winter
    Opening
    .

We went 2 mths ago. I don't know how much there would be to do if not taking the car as alot of it seems to be closed on 6th - but you can go on the tour bus around the safari park if you don't have a car.

    Wild winter safari -
There’s plenty to explore on foot too; including Discovery Trail with Twilight Cave -home to free flying bats, jumping rats and rare and mysterious Aye aye; there’s friendly Animal and Reptile Encounters too. In the Reptile House you’ll see all kinds of snakes and reptiles from all over the world. The Sea Lion Theatre has several stunning daily performances and the Creepy Crawlies Exhibit is sure to send shivers down the spine!! Don’t forget to visit the breath-taking world of underwater wildlife in the Seaquarium – it’s quite magical.

Another update..... if you are coming to Safari Park via public transport the nearest you can get there is by train at Kidderminster Train Station. There are no buses from Kidderminster going to Safari Park on SUNDAY at all. Your options are to catch a cab or walk it yet I have been told that it is one hell of a walk plus there is no lighting on the roads on the way if it gets dark!!!!

we are a family of 4 (two adults & 2 children) could 2 people drive through and the other two walk through so we could all get free entry?
  21. deleted234756's avatar

Probably a good thing that the rides are closed. I spent around £8 on a "rollercoaster" ride for me and the nipper that lasted around 30 seconds and was about as thrilling as mowing the lawn.

Went here a year ago in the summer.

It was awful. It was was just a constant stop start traffic jam train of cars through the park. Just think of all those exhaust gasses. The animals kept clear, so should you.

Seems a few negative comments to the safari park. If you haven't been before its a brilliant day out with the kids.

    Hey there
Have followed instructions. It's now Friday and i can't see any link to a voucher!!
    Can you help?
  28. simone10's avatar
a1355: Are you sure that the voucher you've posted isn't unique? If it is and others have now copied it, only the 1st person to arrive will get to use it and it may not be yourself. Does anyone know if they are unique barcodes
  29. simone10's avatar
a1355 has got back to me. They are not unique and now I'm on lunchbreak I've been able to log in and print one from my own account. Can also confirm there is nothing unique about them. I guess they just want to get some people there on Sunday that probably wouldn't have been going without 'incentive'
  30. Io07's avatar
Anyone know if there is a way to get the voucher without a fb account?

Yes. Right click on the image a1355 has posted above. Select 'save picture as'. Make sure you know what its default name is and where its saved. You should then be able to print your saved document. If you still can't work it out then PM your email address and I can email it to you

If there are 2 adults going in one car they will get in free with voucher. You'll need to pay for children over aged 3. I believe its £8.99 for children. Don't forget the amusements are now closed for Winter, and you need to be there before 2pm.
