Castle Howard only. All Blenheim Palace are sold out...
Is this in the magazine?
Thank you, great saving on this event. Did Blenheim last time so don't mind a trip up to York this time I'm sure it will be just as good.
Thank you for sharing, never been before but looks like it will be fun packed.

Yes - I did the same last year and there were no issues on the gate. I can’t make it this year due to wifeys work but its a great day out - especially for free.

Nice one OP 🏻
ickle - my bad : i saw the offer over a week ago and I've only just got around to posting it

michael - if I remember correctly the offer was in the radio times.

lindy - i think it will be ok.

Good use of comma instead of saying-

Ordered many, thanks!
Was a good family day out but they pushed the price up too much, now its not good value. Cant argue with free though.
Sold out
Can you book parking on the gate?

Will my ticket allow me entry into Castle Howard

Your Countryfile Live ticket will not permit you entry to Castle Howard and you will need to purchase a separate ticket.
yeh its a it skimpy they not letting you into the house after paying a 30-40 ticket
Booked, thanks for posting. Looks like it will be a good day out. 🤞summer might return in Aug

Don't be annoyed! You had no chance! promotion was in daily mail last Tuesday and limited to 2500 tickets. All Blenheim was sold out when I checked couple of days later
Any having tickets and not able to go please let me know. Nice one! thanks
If anyone has a ticket not getting used Sat/Sun to Castle Howard give me a bell please. Unfortunately just Thu/Fri left now, we would have loved to go but only possible on the weekend. Wish I'd heard about this sooner.
If anyone has 1 spare adult ticket for Blenheim on Sunday and willing to let me have it would be great

blenheim and castle howard architect profiled on bbc radio 4's great lives.
------
From acting in Men Behaving Badly and Jonathan Creek to restoring dozens of period properties and touring India for TV, the actress Caroline Quentin loves variety.

When she discovered the life of the playwright and architect Sir John Vanbrugh, she found a kindred spirit. Jonathan Glancey, architectural critic and broadcaster, joins Caroline and presenter Matthew Parris to explore the full and meandering life of this flamboyant figure, born over 350 years ago.

Producer: Camellia Sinclair
