    A lot of Blackpool has good FTTC or VM coverage, you must be a edge case

    I'm using a WiFi 6 Router plus the speed is 500mb I'm getting it right. 55000kb/s approx 500mb speed wise

    I'm in the coming soon area but doubt they would install fibre any time soon. Good deal for those that can get it, can always downgrade to 500MB at the end of 6 months or move elsewhere, £39 is a reasonable price

    Are you sure? Notice the capital B in their screenshot, Byte not Bit. That screenshot is a person getting 55 MB/sec or about 440 Mbps. I don't think FTTC can provide that given the distance the copper has to travel and issues like crosstalk etc.
