Voucher/code is in the email you receive from TalkTalk TV Store to begin with entitled "Reminder: Important changes to your TalkTalk Account"?

Follow the the link from the above email, or 'Get deal' link here & sign-in using your TalkTalk TV Store credentials
, then you'll get the 'Redeem your code' screen (screenshot below). Total code redemptions are capped at 5,000...

NOTE added a little later: I've since found that it creates a new / separate RakutenTV account with your TalkTalk TV login details, but you can use the code in your existing RakutenTV account to get the free film (as long as you use it only once)

You joined either by renting, buying films or TV shows, or simply registering your email address on these websites. What’s changing?

By the 31st of July your talktalktv.co.uk account and any films or TV shows you have bought with us will be transferred to Rakuten TV to allow you to continue to enjoy the best possible film and TV experience. Didn't you get the email from TalkTalk TV with the voucher code included? If yes, just use that once logged-in.

You'll want to use it in the account that is already logged-in to your TV & other devices RakutenTV app.

Yes I have a voucher code and it still does not work, tried it on Shape of Water and came up with "Voucher does not exist". What is the landing page for the movies? Maybe if I try it from there it will work - but I can't get to that page because it won't let me go there.

Strange, it worked for me (same choice of film as well). I logged out of the 'new' RakutenTV account (created via TalkTalk TV), cleared browser cookies, then logged into my original RakutenTV account & used it there - as that account is already logged into my TV, etc.

Didn't have to use a landing page of any kind, but try this one first: talktalk.rakuten.tv/?op…ndb - then log out (if necessary) & log into your original RakutenTV account.

Before that, didn't you receive the TalkTalk TV email entitled "Reminder: Important changes to your TalkTalk Account"?

That contains the code you need - perhaps you haven't received it yet.

I got that too, but no code. Now it says accounts are already merged.
I have a few talktalk accounts - only 2 of them received the code. The rest were just the basic email advising how to transfer account to Rakuten.

I’ve also got several accounts, main account- no offer, hardly used accounts - 99p offer, unused accounts - free ?!
Had an email telling me that some of the titles I own in TalkTalk aren't available on Rakuten, so they gave me 1500 points to purchase new titles. I think the one that wasn't available was the free first episode of a TV series

I lost 11 of my purchases, all stand-up comedy. They gave me 3500 points, but they don't have anything I want to spend them on, so that's not much consolation!

In addition to the free rental code, they also sent me a 99p code yesterday to use on any movie, but on the 'new' account.

The accounts simply didn't merge for me as some have experienced, but that could be because I'd used a different email address when joining TalkTalk TV/Blinkbox.

Why am I only aware of the migration on here? No communication from Tv Store. Miserly compensation for incompatible content. Googling found this: Will all of my content be available?Your content may be impacted. We will inform you of the details in due course.
