Feel the need to learn about first aid? Sorry no stickers or certificates, but no disclaimers unlike other posts!!!. If for whatever reason you want to know about first aid, surely this makes just a tiny bit more sense?

First aid should be part of standard school education.

St. John's first aid app, brilliant.

Very good information, always good to know what to do in the event of an emergency especially after the terrible and tragic incident this week in Manchester, and an app would be useful, also St Johns do great work and I will take a look at their app also.

The reason I posted this was, somebody had done a similar post but mentioned a recent event apparently to get heat. I thought this was just a handy thing to know regardless of recent events and was from a reliable source unlike the other post which was from the U.S. which comes with a worthless certificate and has more disclaimers to the advice given than the actual advice on first aid! I also find HUKD very irresponsible allowing the other post to remain as the advice given is not recognized by any health care provider (by the way the disclaimer makes that point too)

Thanks for letting us know Thomasleep; I'd have used the other "deal" if you hadn't said, bad info like that could be fatal.

To become a paramedic or trained first aider take a look at the Little Britain St Johns sketch, for open heart surgery it's an extra strong mint a mild stroke, a simple polo, suffices !

If a few more complained about that post, not least because it is possibly dangerous, maybe the clowns who run this thing might remove it.
