Shame all the prizes are junk food with Lidl selling so much good, healthy, fresh food as well but still a fun little promotion and I wouldn't turn down some free chocolate if I won it, let's be honest

Decent to chuck in the box that goes to the MIL's for boxing day buffet foods!!

Anyone seen a list of participating stores?

not ours then as I have bought a few times more than £10 basket, tight

When did frozen peas get reclassified to "Junk Food"?

The frozen peas I've had from Lidl were definitely frozen within 2 hours of picking!

I don't see the connection to my statement. What am I missing?

Peas start degrading extremely quickly once picked. After 2 hours they are like bullets and become virtually indigestible ie junk! Hence the ability to sell so cheaply.

I collected five vouchers at my local lidl store by spending more than ten pounds each time , i gave the vouchers to my daughter as she is away at university and struggling on a student budget she was surprised i had them as she regularly shops at her local lidl in leicester and has never been given a scratch card , she went to do her shopping and spent another ten or fifteen pounds the assistant manager had never heard of the cards and was reluctant to give her the scratch card rewards however as they scanned as free it went thru only until the manager came and said no as she could only redeem one card as she was only spending ten pounds my daughter explained that the one per ten pounds was to get the scratch card not redeem it , after total humiliation changing tils rescanning shopping my daughter left the shop in tears and left all her shopping to go home empty handed well done lidl leicester

had friends down from the North and they talked about this but looks like down here in Eastbourne there is no hint of a scratch card. Are we supposed to be too well off in the Southeast ?
