Same with me. Been awake since 0130. I hate it. I also have a very challenging job with a lot of responsibility for many people. Decision making after such little sleep isn't good.

Nah. Some recent evidence shows that actually exercise within 4 hours of bedtime can actually impede sleep.

It might work for you but to say that anyone can fall asleep instantly is too simplistic in my view.

I am just trying to help people; go for a half and hour run tomorrow and you will fall asleep instantly like me
