Dungeons & Dragons is an American animated television series based on TSR's Dungeons & Dragons role-playing game. A co-production of Marvel Productions and TSR, the show originally ran from 1983 through 1985 for three seasons on CBS for a total of twenty-seven episodes. The Japanese company Toei Animation did the animation for the series.
The show focused on a group of six friends who are transported into the titular realm and followed their adventures as they tried to find a way home with the help of their guide, Dungeon Master. A final un-produced episode would have served as a conclusion as well as a re-imagining had the series been picked up for a fourth season. However, the show was cancelled before the episode was made. The script can be found from various sources online and was performed as an audio drama as a special feature for the BCI Eclipse DVD edition of the series.

Thundercats, MASK, mysterious cities of gold, defenders of the earth, D&D, centurions, jayce and the wheeled warriors, plus many more was what my childhood was made up with. Oh, He man!!

Look at kids shows today and think where is the cartoon violence?? Plus they all had cracking into themes, much like most tv shows.

It sort of got an ending...

Unfinished episode - The intended-finale episode from the third season, entitled "Requiem", was written by the series original screen writer Michael Reaves but has not been finished in its entirety. Reaves has discussed the episode, and published the original script on his personal website. The episode is also included on the first Region 1 DVD release, in the form of a radio play.

Short Summary: The children finally have a chance to return home – but is it worth the risk?
One of my favourite classics!
They just dont make shows like this anymore.

Loved this growing up, The Dragons Graveyard was the best episode!
a blast from the past thanks for posting one of my fave cartoons when growing up
There's lots of stuff out there if you look hard enough - the kids are into watching "Funhouse" at the moment.

You know what I miss right now. Family friendly TV shows and especially movies. Only recent have been sonic and my spy.

Violence I don't mind but swears and adult scenes, no, keep it clean

Forgot my childhood favourite Battle Of The Planets / G-Force. Princess was my first childhood crush.

So many great shows. I still remember running home from school, in my shorts, to catch the latest episode of Mysterious Cities Of Gold.

I like to report crap like that kid who does unboxings only stuff that should be in the recommended list is other shows that match or around that time not rubbish utubers.
Should I watch this tonight or Davina McCall squawking and Lenny Henry trying to be funny?
Fantastic stuff, thanks - if I may be so bold to add Ulysses 31 and Centurions to the growing list of nostalgic awesomeness.
Is this official ?

Eyes of the hawk, ears of the wolf, strength of the bear, speed of the puma (I think)

Cheetah must have been ™ if it was puma

Its the real cartoon, but CBS still own the rights to the animation and Wizards of the Coast own the IP, so it shouldnt be on YT to be fair! The Account hosting the episodes is not official

That's it! I was just finding out what the other animal attributes were last week! (all I could remember were strength of the bear and eyes of the hawk )
Such a great series.
Dont make the error of watching that dragonlance movie. It's an awesome story that I grew up loving, but the film is absolutely dire. How they managed to keep Kiefer Sutherland involved in that I have no idea. It's on par with being a school project.
Cool, thanks for the share.
LOVED this back in the day... great theme tune to
Thanks op
