I've used them quite alot and never had any problems, even when I changed my mind on something they just refunded me, no questions asked. I ordered my PC parts on Tue at 4.55pm and they arrived at 11.30am on the Wed.

And I would say the exact opposite, always had excellent dealings with scan.

Welcome from me too Poot1873 :-D

Used to love Scan, i ordered my current PC parts from them about 3 or more years ago and the delivery was £7, but they jacked up their delivery prices a few years ago and now charge a ridiculous amount plus another surcharge because i live in Northern Ireland. Haven't bought from them since

seems unfair to vote cold just because you dont like the company, i vote hot because it come with graw2 for £176.11. ebuyer is £164.99 so i guess your getting the game for £10 ish. all good to me!

Voted hot as scan have always been excellent when ive dealt with them

voted cold.

i bought a quad core a few weeks ago when it had another so called free game ( supreme commander i think it was)

got the cpu, but no game, they say its only available whilst stock of the game lasts, but they still advertise it even tho the games supply has been exhausted.

i only use them as i get freepost, but its sloooow.

I returned something faulty to them nearly 2 weeks ago and I've still not got a refund, and they're really slow to reply to correspndance. Seems like a shop you like because they're cheap rather than a shop you like because they're good.
