Is it free or are they going to ring, txt and email you for 2 years …Is it free or are they going to ring, txt and email you for 2 years looking for money?I say this from experience after being door stopped by one of their highly paid clip board people.

They only require your address and there are boxes to opt out of being contacted.

Yes. That whole unsubscribe thing eventually worked.
It's a fine charity and a great cause etc. I just have my hat in another camp for personal reasons and no really does mean no.

Of course, I chose not to be contacted too.

Thank God for small mercies, huh?. :-)
This was advertised on TV last night.

Looked cool. :-)
Thanx Op HEAT
ordered thanks
You can make a donation at the end if you wish. For any amount. They accept PayPal as well so is more secure. If you are going to donate. Make sure you choose the right option, one off or monthly option.

Every little helps im sure.

Did you get an idea of the size.

Yes I did actually, lol.

It was initially shown zoomed in, then it zoomed out, and it was on the wall of a children's bedroom (2 boy's, if I recall well?, lol).

Anywayzzzzzzzz, from what I could make out of it on the TV, it looked like it was around A4 size - or slightly bigger than that (but not quite A3 size though - but looked almost long enough for it though).

Either way, it was NOT a miniscule A5 size ... hehehehe.
It's an A2 size poster according to the website.

So you're the one who gave your own mobile no & email, rather than giving the details of someone you dislike?
Thank you - I've ordered. :-)
nightmare charity for spam pain in the backside shame ruining their own name with how they behave
I find it strange how a charity can find the funds to send out free posters, regular letters, free gifts etc.

More than likely there'll be a company or companies who make the posters and will do it for free I reckon.
This came last week has interesting info on the back. Wife put it up in the Cardiology departmental work
already sold out! -_- People have been ordering more than 1 i see.

They have 32M that goes into funding and advertising!

Yet get less than that in donations. Unbelievable. All those giving now know where your money has gone.

However, it's a great poster by the way, and great for kids to learn.
However, like virtually all charities today, a HUGE chunk of donated money is wasted.
Sorry, but it's true.

So, for me, sadly, charity begins at home these days.
Not sure enough folk do know where their money has gone. If they knew more about the research many would think twice. It’s easy to understand why charity does begin at home for many people though. Having said that, I’m sure the posters are very beneficial
Everybody take something for free from a charity. Disgusting. OP should be ashamed.

If you're going to take this poster, donate £10.

Fundraising and governance. Can you not read?
Think I'll get this for work and stick it on the wall. Scare the bejesus out of people.
This is a complete scam. I ordered one when this deal was first posted and never got my poster.
I even made a donation as I didn’t feel right taking a freebie of a charity...
Been a few weeks now and no poster still - whilst others that ordered same time got theirs
I see free and I order. Sometimes it's a poster, sometimes it makeup. But who cares. Free is free
I just ordered, so not 'sold out'. Or maybe I missed a tiny message.
Never recieved this. Thanks BHF

You have to speculate to accumulate.
Obviously they would much rather not have to advertise at all, but sadly many people don't donate unless prompted. They've done the sums and if for every pound spent on marketing they get several back in donations then it is worth it.
Also never recieved it. Ironically it broke my heart.

their shops have reduced rent and rates due charitable status, only one paid member of staff in many of their stores as the rest are all unpaid volunteers and the place is filled with goods they get for free............does that answer your question?
