Thank you, filled in for my Mum

Cheers

Note the T&C on qualifying - 'have confirmed that they are diagnosed with coeliac disease'. So you can fill in the form and submit, but won't get anything unless you tick the right box.

Shame on anyone who fills this in and lies about being diagnosed. Its on par with pretending you have Cancer for free stuff, I've seen how ill people with coeliac disease can get if undiagnosed and its really not nice.

just to confirm, i was pointing out that you wouldn't get anything if you weren't a suffering coeliac - not saying people should falsify returns.

i have a few friends with the disease, and choose a low gluten diet for myself which seems to help with my IBS, but didn't bother with the form for that reason. Also note, warburtons classify it as a 'competition' with limited numbers 'winning' so, as andyp350 says, please leave it for those who would really benefit.

That's ok my comment wasn't aimed at you! I just know how selfish people on here can be when it comes to getting their mits on some free stuff.

Thank you - 8 years diagnosed and always grateful for more choices! Heat

OP - amend title to state that it's for coeliac sufferers please? If you don't have it you aren't eligible and worse still a tonne of orders will mean genuine sufferers will have to wait, or the offer will be removed altogether for an abuse of the promotion.

Thanks for this!

Will have to inform a friend that warburtons do gluten free goods.

Have tried the warburtons bread, pretty much ok compared to other GF bread, always go for the seeded for a bit of flavour. Hope that a big player like Warburtons will bring prices down in general.

It's good to see other companies doing gluten free food. My daughter has been gluten intolerant all her life, she is not coeliac but cannot eat anything that contains wheat, barley, rye, gluten or even oats at all.

We have to constantly check labels on things for the ingredients even on stuff we have bought before just to be on the safe side. Even a few sweets (example Smarties) which contain gluten can have an effect. She was never able to tolerate these foods, we had to keep a food diary for her when she was a baby - she saw a paediatric and our own GP, tests were done for coeliac which were negative thankfully but they concluded gluten intolerance.

Most things we buy ourselves although she is eligible for flour, pasta and bread on prescription - she is now 16 and we were hoping she would grow out of it however some it looks like this is not the case.

I was already aware of Warburtons doing this but thanks for posting as I think it's worth bringing it to the attention of others who genuinely need it.

Heat. Will help Coeliac sufferers.

thanks

Thanks, my fiance has coeliac disease so I always sign up for these on her behalf!

I was misdiagnosed with it, feel sorry for people who have it
