Londoners only

Even if you select a London borough it can tell by the postcode and rejects the application

Good find though edi!
Wonder if they'll do any national ones?

lol so so

Nice find, although not applicable to my area, still a good deal

If you put your own postcode at the end of the address line and the firs two or three digits of a london postcode in the postcode box it goes through and from previous experience with regional offers you get the freebies as it goes to the sorting office corresponding to the extra postcode they realise its an error cross the surplus bit out leaving the full postcode (yours) then they resend it, they just see it as a typo!

just ordered thanks edi:-D

We have postmen in this country that leave Wii's in dustbins. You REALLY think a postcode is THAT important? I deliberately gave a false postcode to somebody, 2 days later.... item shows up. Nuff said:thumbsup:

I applied using my full Huntingdon address and SW (Waltham) for the postcode, it's gone through so I'll just wait and see. Great post, thank you.

I live in hillingdon (greater london) which is on the list but it still brings up the message 'Sorry this offer is limited to Londoners only.'

I live in Havering but it says i'm not a Londoner, oh well heat still added

Entered with the first part of the london postcode as said above but with my postage in the address box.

Thanks have ordered using first part of london postcode but with my address in the address box.

Even I live in Bedfordshire :giggle:

lol, I just applied, used the SE10 (southwalk) start for the postcode, followed by the last 3 letters of mine, and in the address field I put my house number and street name, with 'WALES' and my proper post code lol. Hope I get it! Oh and in my last name feild I put in Wales and my county, and put my surname in with my firstname feild, think the postman will understand???

Thanx for that, after doing it your way went through with no brobs

Weird!

Perfectly valid Harrow postcode (old address) didn't work. NW10 Brent (where I was born) did.

See if it gets here.

Thanks for the heads up, I put my full name in the "first name" box then my house no and road in the surname box, with the Town, County and postcode in the first address line. The good thing for me though is that I only had to change the second letter in the fisrt postcode section ie SN to SE and the rest of the postcode the same so just looks like a typo

Thanks Edi, i just applied for one. Would add rep, but it says i must spread rep to other members lol

Thanks for this, tried 3 other free lightbulb offers but never received those, lets hope this one comes

Used same method my address and postcode and great grandma's old postcode in offical postcode box. Works fine.;-)

I live in Bromley and it rejected mine.
