I think this post should be deleted as it is for community based groups. I don't want charitable/community based projects abused by those who lack morals.

That because the project isn't a seed 'free for all' it is a charity based project aimed at transforming community spaces...

I work for the RBL and we do have some keen gardeners here. Not sure weather I want to go through all this hassle just to get a few seeds. Hmm.
