beware of poor order handling and least helpfull customer service.
Being with sky for 7 years, upgraded to sky+hd but every step was terribly handled. Never recieved router on time was without internet for few days. kept waiting for router even after activation date, when it didn't arrive and i called back, got told i had a router before i cancelled broadband 3 years ago so i need to use the same one. When i said i have no clue where it is, was told i'll be charged for the new one. I asked to cancell the contract then cancellatiion team offered the free router but i found out the old one and used it.
sorry one more thing-just after i bought the package i recived a letter saying that sky is sorry to see me going and issued me a MAC code,
I've yet not recieved my £100 m&s reward voucher.
checked my bill few days ago and found out that i've been charged for the extra subscription i.e MR, which i never ordered and never had in last 7 years with sky. called them back and lady said i have it according to the system and notes by engineer so in a way i was called a lier. Then said that they normaly don't but will cancell this element of contract in this case, i was like ..what??? so she first called me a lier and then tried to oblige me by fixing their own mistake.
Now today i recieved a letter that i'll be charged £95 for early termination of the contract.
I've also having problem in recieving £100 quidco .

Over all the upgrade was handled terribly, support provided was no where near helpfull and staff least customer focuses, more like robots with recorded messages.

this is true i sadly work for sky on sales dont think the deal is available by calling them tho i think its only available through sky stands to what i was told
