Yes.
I couldn't get a proper receipt from my local Londis, just a basic one with no info on the product or store etc. Anyone else had the same issue?

The Londis I occasionally go to doesn't normally give receipts, I guess they do if you ask but i don't know what would be on them.

The Kronenbourg says can be claimed up to 4 times. Would that have to be four separate purchases/receipts?

Asked for one and just got one which shows the price, and change give, No mention of Kronenberg. Just a basic till where they had to input price manually. I've uploaded and will see what happens

NO! It says clearly "Claim 1 time" ie a valid product "Kronenbourg 1664 600ml" bottle.[see OPs pics above]

I think you're misreading their example text which says that "eg 4 Valid Products and 1 Claim" which covers idea that occasionally with some offers there may be say 4 different flavours/colours/variants of a product that you could select between in buying just one to claim on.

Remember though that each adult in your household/circle may have a CoS a/c.
In that case you could buy multiple bottles, each on a separate receipt submitted by each a/c holder.

Incidentally don't trust Budgen's store locator! My local store isn't shown, whereas a store still being built is shown as open today!

Request a VAT/itemised receipt not a card receipt. If not then no reimbursement.

The Budgens I went to said both are the same price so I took a chance with the other one - hope they will give the cashback (fingers crossed!)

The 2 Londis near me didn't have them in stock - so had to go do via Budgens.

Anyone what Budgens' return policy is like - can I return the Heineken if checkoutsmart don't give the cashback?

Non in Glasgow. Only normal heneikin. Stores are pretty dirty too! Made me think it was a ploy! Give away free beer when there is actually none! Disappointed 😥

But if you scroll down it goes on to say "This offer is available from any of the specifies retailers, subject to availability, and can only be redeemed up to 4 times per offer period" (the Heineken offer says "once" not "4 times" in corresponding sentence). Admittedly this seems to conflict with "Claim 1 time" at the top.

Perils of copy paste strikes for them too I imagine But yes, its a claim once offer only.

Just had all my claims approved - they approved at the lower price point as per their systems which is £3.00 for the 0% non alcohol version, odd that Budgens I bought from were selling it for £4.50 - even though I feel its a bargain coz I effectively paid £1.50 for 4*330 ml of normal Heineken - whereas the Kronenbourg of-course came totally free.

Folks at my family combined we have 3 accounts and it paid out on all 3 of them - making it a very very good deal for us Had never shopped at Budgen's before so took a chance with the store locator and luckily the one showing near-ish to me actually existed. Both Londis and Budgen's are part of the same group - the Booker group - which might end up being owned by Tesco pretty soon now that they have the greenlight from the competition watchdog.

For the Kronenbourg also they paid me £2.45 whereas I paid £2.59 - which means it wasn't 100% free - as I had to pay 14p for the bottle

Tip: In instances when they underpay - ie it says "Free" but their reward doesn't cover the receipted cost - I always email them at the help@ email address they give and highlighting the error they need to correct.

eg It was £2.69 at my Budgen and CoS immediately increased my £2.45 award to that correct amount once it had been raised with them by such an email - ie excellent customer service response though silly problem arose in first place.

PS Occasionally they "overpay" and of course then I don't find the time to email them - ie that's the compensation for the times I have to spend time on their initial "underpay".
