I was vegan for a few years and the lifestyle was great but gave me loads of health issues plus nutritional/vitamin deficiencies. I tend to just eat everything now but in moderation and avoid being wasteful.

Vegan over a decade, and I'm as healthy as it gets. No deficiencies or health issues. You obviously weren't doing it right or had something else going on.

I'm a vegan and the best milk for coffee is Barista Oatley. Oat milk is usually the best, soya separates in hot drinks and almond milk is less ethical than oats

I wish SoPost would implement a more reliable system for approving these samples. For some samples I'll get approval, other samples I won't be able to get anything even though it's in stock but other people will claim to receive multiple at their one address.

They were selling this off cheap in Herons not long back, 50p for the 200ish ml bottles, it's not bad, not as creamy as real mayo but had that mustard zing, did feel a bit naughty dipping my sausage in it though.
