I see what you did there....

still not got through all the free little loaves from before christmas
Tried one of these last year, freebie from Morrisons. Not nice at all, really sweet.. But may appeal to others
32% carbs, compared to standard which is 44.6%. Not my idea of a "Low Carb" food.
So pretty pointless really. If you want to lose weight eating low carb, bread of any sort just isn't going to do the trick :-(
32g carbs / 100g against 37g / 100g for Hovis Wholemeal. Doesn't seem a huge difference. I guess the price is good.
Stop kidding yourself, if you actually want to loose weight you would just stop consuming all this processed junk alltogether..
Just eat REAL food and you will actually have a trouble to consume all the calories you need in a day as you will have to stuff yourself with it, I know I do.... How much broccoli/beans/vegies/apples you have to eat till you can't get in any more? Not a lot? but this junk? Well... you are never full...
Are you going to have a thick layer of Nutella or tomatoes on your bread? I think that is what matters the most.

Today = 90p in Waitrose. £1.20 in Sainsburys.

If CoS under-reward you, eg give £1 instead of the £1.20 you paid, simply forward the erroneous receipt processed email to their help@ email asking them to correct the amount to the amount shown on your receipt.

The plant they come from, although you will need seeds to grow the plant. I guess that doesn't help.
