Not the cheapest deal on the Desire HD but the CHEAPEST I could find on O2 (wanted o2 for cheaper broadband)

Bad points out the way...
24 month contract (norm now?)
cashback claims (hopefully more reputable then some others)
Only 500Mb internet (better then nothing though)

300 minutes
unlimited text
500 Mb internet
unlimited O2 WIFI
24 month contract @ £30
9 months half price by redemption
£50 quidco
-> equivalant to £22.29 per month

Getting colder and colder in here! Perhaps someone could point towards a better deal for this phone on O2?
(not having a go but I'm going to go for it and wondered if the old hands can find a better deal!)

I used to be on O2 and got the £5 discount on BB. I cancelled 4 months ago and I am still getting the discount.

You have not made clear in the title that the price is only via redemption so, like cashback, it's not guaranteed! Nice try though so don't be discouraged by cold votes - redemption deals and 24 month contracts don't usually get hot.

Welcome to HUKD!

So that's a monthly rate? Please make clear in title.

updated the title as requested. Seriously... everything on a silver platter

yup - I know 24 month contracts are viewed poorly. But with current top end phones costing around £400-600 it's not a surprise that the cost is spread over two years.

If you don't like 24 month contracts ... see it as £60 per month for 12 months and you get an extra WHOLE YEAR for FREE !!

And as for redemption - I normally hate them as much as anyone else but the sad fact is that with top phones again that's one of the only ways to bring the cost down. Plus if you read and stick to the terms and conditions they do pay out. (people just don't like reading and following instructions and feel they're owed the money)

Cold or hot this is the best I could find this model phone on O2... hopefully it helps someone out there
