FREE IKEA BREAKFAST BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY

Received an email as a Family member for up to 2 free breakfasts at any ikea on 26th Decmeber and 1st January.

Just print the voucher.

Seems good to me.

This linked to my local Ikea which is Warrington so not sure if it's national.

Nice find op

Hot as it as good deal. But you have to be crazy to want to go shopping on either of those days.

I went to Lakeside on boxing day once, well i say I went, I got as far as sitting in a traffic jam for 6 hours then went home again! Never again!

I would rather stay in bed than sit in a traffic jam. Imagine when if and when you finally get through the traffic and into the store you find a restaurant full to bursting with everyone else having their free breakfast. OK freebie but I will give it a miss

Thats the in-laws sorted!

Nice Gesture, but couldn't go shoping on an empty stomach on such a busy day. I can imagine the queues just for a coffee let alone an egg & bacon swiss waffle

Should print off vouchers and give them to those sleeping rough so they get a decent meal

I love IKEA... wish I had one in my area. Nice find.

NOT NATIONAL - not on at MK

If my family go shopping there in the morning I'm going to eat my brekky whilst they shop

I signed up to IKEA probably around a couple of months ago and have never received a membership card in the post. I have a temp. one which I could download when I signed up.

Do IKEA need a bit of chasing up for the membership card to be sent out? Or am I a little unlucky that I have not received it.

Sorry for going off topic.

Free breakfasts are good but the potential mania in the stores is a little off putting.

Boxing Day + Ikea make people go... something something

...and not forgetting a freebie breakfast

I don't know what will be more awful the disgusting breakfast ikea serves or fighting your way through Boxing Day sales. I think I will stick to shopping online and eating turkey sandwiches

I'd rather shoot myself than go shopping Boxing Day but a good find

I think it might be Warrington store only?

They take ages to issue them. You will get your card it may just take 2-3 months.

Not @ IKEA Belfast

Thanks. I'll have to look up when I registered but it is probably near to 3 months ago.

I'll chase it up the beginning of 2015 if it is not received by January.

On the small print point 7. This coupon is only valid
towards purchases at IKEA Warrington

Ikea on Boxing Day, I'd rather teabag a bear trap

a lot of ikea stores open at 10 yet breaky served till 11 be quick.....

If it's anything like Black Friday at Asda and tesco I think I will pass.

The thought of people fighting over a full English with beans and sausages flying all over the place isnt very appealing.

I had the same as you, though they gave me a temporary membership card in-store, a paper one. I didn't receive the orange plastic one. When I reminded them they said that they'd already sent it out, but then got me another without quibble. So yours might have disappeared en route too.

Will nobody think of the poor staff, God help them.

will propably be chaos at ikeas during those days

Avoid the jams, get on yer bike!! (Unless you want to buy sumthing bulky that is).
Free parking,no fuel costs,keep fit!!

My membership turned up in the post today. Exactly 2 months since I applied. I did think it was longer. One less item to chase up.

This is store specific (Warrington).

Not nationwide. No good for me in Southampton

Take the car.
Free parking, drive off with whatever you want, don't freeze to death, don't get run over by morons taking their cars.

Here the cycle lanes are rubbish. Is no more than a painted line which drivers drive on regardless.:(
I use GoogleMaps to find the best cycle directions to a destination, using dedicated bike paths and dirt tracks.
I avoid main roads and use quieter residential roads whenever I can.
If there's no cycle lane on a main road then I use the pavement.

You will find your body generates heat once you get cycling (like runninng etc.) so you sweat and get hot.
As long as you wear a windproof jacket and gloves then should be ok.:)

free bangers are always good!
