Free Large Popcorn When you Pay Using Visa Checkout @ Vue

Pay for your cinema tickets @ Vue online using Visa Checkout & receive a Free Large Popcorn.
This is a good deal for those like myself that always pre purchase their tickets online as I like to choose my seats in advance , but bear in mind there is an online transaction fee of 75p per ticket to pay also when you book online. . My local cinema only charge £4.99 per ticket which is considerably less than the nearest Cineworld anyway.

Why charge the vendor 75p extra to purchase tickets online when it should be cheaper and improve their business as well as efficiently speed the process up.
I'll give you heat but its just annoying

They have always done this nothing new, they claim it's the third party processing fee for the booking, I think lots of Theatres do similar also. I don't like it either, and think it's wrong but if you want to choose your seats in advance and get the choice of the best seats there is no real alternative, Since dropping their prices and installing leather recliners at my local cinema they are now really busy at peak times, so I find it wise to book in advance anyway.
You can always pay in the cinema and avoid this fee, but the choice of seats is more limited then and you won't qualify for the popcorn
Annoying that u still have 2 q in the ticket line to get your popcorn
Never understood why people have to constantly eat at the cinema. Is it so difficult to stop shovelling junk food into your mouth for 2 hours out of your day

Yeah, I guess with any card/online payment there's always going to be extra fees compared to cash. And moreso on online payments because there's usually a third party payment processor (such as Stripe/Visa Checkout/etc).

Not too bad imo, it's only 75p - worth it especially if you're watching something popular/new release at a hugely popular time of day to guarantee the seats you want.

There is an alternative...

You could swing by the cinema and buy them in advance in person. As soon as the film times are out, you can buy tickets, in advance, in the cinema and it doesn't cost you anything. This is what I do. You don't need to buy online to get them in advance and get the best seating choices.

This is of course given you can get to your local cinema before the screening date and it's convenient for you and what not

Me too. I booked today for tomorrow and not recieved any popcorn code.
Me too bought tickets followed the instructions no code but bet that say that they have sold 56,000 like in small print to get away with it.
Has this expired, it's still advertised in Vue cinemas?
The Offer starts at 10.00am on 25/02/19 (the “Start Date”) and ends at 11.59pm on 25/03/19 (the “Closing Date”) OR when 48,000 applications have been received and the offer has been distributed (whichever happens sooner) (collectively, the “Offer Period”.
